I worked with Gina on finding and closing on an investment property. We started looking in the March/April timeframe and closed in late April. Thoughout the entire process, Gina was always responsive to my questions, very easy to work with and communicated very well with me. I met Janine in 2022 when she purchased the house next to my mother’s home. She was handing out her business cards while introducing herself at the time. From the first time I talked to her, I had great vibes about her.
And those vibes were right.
Janine is a professional who knows how to conduct real estate business not only with class but with compassion as well. My family and I experienced this firsthand after our mother died in 2023.
Janine listened to our needs regarding selling our mother’s home and dedicated herself to accomplishing those goals. Furthermore, she was respectful of the fact that we were still grieving our mother’s death. Never were we forced to “just sell” for her financial gain. No, she made sure we were ready during this delicate time.
And when we encountered a legal situation, Janine stood with us throughout the ordeal until it was resolved.
At the end of the sale, my family and I knew we had made the right choice in acquiring Janine’s service.

Janine and her Team were exceptional at getting us closed in 30 day!! Her assistant Regina kept us up to date with all our appointments and amendments. Janine made sure the seller did what they were supposed to do. Her top priority was us, the buyer. Whether it was earnest money or making sure the house was cleaned at turnover, she took care of everything!Our family is excited to move into our new home in an upcoming community with no HOA.
