Just got out of here today. First time getting any kind of new hair color. This place is amazing. Everyone is super nice and very attentive. They even served me some earl grey tea while I waited! My hairstylist(artist) today was Gavin. Absolute magician of an artist with a clear passion for the craft. I cant remember the last time I actually had fun getting a haircut. We worked together as a team on getting the results I wanted! Thank you very much Gavin!

I just had my hair cut and styled by Rylen and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did they listen to my requests, but they also went above and beyond to give me a hairstyle that I absolutely love. Their attention to detail and skillful technique truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Rylen to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated hairstylist. Loved my visit with Rylen! They did a wonderful job with my haircut! I've been growing out my hair from a buzz cut since last summer, and finally went in after growing out an accidental mullet for a while. They listened to me and trimmed me up exactly how I had wanted it! I'll definitely be back. So worth it!!

Rylen is an outstanding colorist and has been doing my color for years. Whether it's for all over color, a gloss, highlights, balayage, or something completely custom I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rylen works magic with their ability to translate my hair ideas and goals into reality and I will continue to put my appearance in their very capable hands as long as they continue to do hair.

Just had my third visit with Gavin. Each time they listened carefully and patiently, not just before but also during, and made me feel so at ease and cared about. I highly recommend them!
Hair type: Thick, loose curly hair, cut into a long mohawk.

Amazing!!! I started coming here about 8 years ago. Jeremy has been doing my hair all these years and I swear he knows my hair and what it will and won't do better than I do. Everyone here is super nice and professional. My daughter and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done here and it was a beautiful wedding. I would not go anywhere else!!! I had a couple of times when someone besides Jeremy did my hair and I was just as happy.

They have been reaching out to me for years to come back. My last three attempts to book an appointment were all bait and switch. I would make an appointment with a senior stylist and then get a call a few days before in an attempt to switch my appointment to a new hire or someone hurting to build their client base. Shame on you for wasting my time.

Fantastic service! I started going to Helmet in 2018 solely because I had a Groupon for them at the time, but loved it so much that I've been a loyal customer since! The past few times, I've gotten my hair done with Robin who is fantastic. Parking is very easy, some spots in front but a huge lot right behind the building. Everyone on staff is very friendly.

Good people and facilities, but is quite expensive. The hair stylists generally listen to your requests. Personally, though, the hair stylist I got seemed pretty inexperienced. They just cut my hair, using scissors, to a specific length and didn't layer or use clippers. Whether that was from my lack of communication, I am not sure.

Gavin Smith made me feel so comfortable and confident in telling them what I did and didn’t like about the haircut as we were going. They also helped me figure out what kind of product I could use to style my hair and helped answer any of the questions I had, which was a lot!
