Anytime I visit this Great Clips location, the staff has been friendly. I have to shout out Verna, especially. She is amazing! Not only is she welcoming and friendly but she makes sure your requests are fulfilled!

Went in for "chop" came out choppy... Asked for layered shoulder length... Definitely not what I got. Waiting a few weeks to grow out then try somewhere else. Did love the price though.

Good haircut and nice conversation at great clips. I am a cost conscious person and feel I get good value. Been going to great clips for about 7 years and it is convenient since the app helps me check in, I can go to any great clips, and they remember by preferences.

i hardly ever leave reviews much less a negative one but this was truly the worst haircut experience i’ve ever had. unfortunately i didn’t get the employee’s name, but i explained very clearly and with a reference picture what i wanted my bangs to look like and he went straight into it without even sectioning or dampening my hair or ANY follow up questions. he chopped them to half the length, VERY UNEVENLY and when i asked him to blend it a little more he remarked “you said you wanted it this length” (it was nowhere near what i asked for) and laughed at me as if it were my fault he was incompetent at his job. terrible service i burst into tears as soon as i left and i wish i hadn’t paid.

It is like playing Russian Roulette every single time you walk in. The lady that cut my hair took 10 mins to give me one of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked for her to barely cut anything off, pretty simple directions right. She whips out the guard and starts cutting all of my hair off. Genuinely one of the worst haircut experiences I have ever had. This place sucks.
