The people who work here are terrible, they take forever to do the simplest tasks, don’t tell you how much things actually cost, and are downright rude. Disgusting place with disgusting workers. If corporate cared at all about customer satisfaction they would fire everyone and start over. What a terrible terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble - use the UPS across the street. Or better yet, go to any other fedex in the world. Anything would be better than this one.

Experienced a disrespectful, not courteous, less than helpful staff member when trying to drop off packages for a return shipment. Of course, he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Won’t be returning for any reason. He made a very a simple transaction into a very frustrating, not accomplished task. Zero tact.

The worst person ever attending at this place which the name is Stephanie I guess. Very very rude. Not helpful, not friendly.. why FedEx do you hire or keep people like that in your staff. Great company but poor service with this lady.

Really unhelpful and doesn’t help at all with packages for the amount money being paid. Trisha has a nasty attitude in the print department. Why you mad about printing or ringing customers up. she should find a new job.

Everytime i come in this crew is always super helpful. I’m in here a few times a week shipping stuff out for work and everyone is always so polite. Shoutout to my man George for always helping me as well.

The employees in this place are awful. The guy that helped me ship a package could not care less about being there or being helpful. Rough with my belongings and rude throughout the entire process. When asked about prices, he just whipped the screen around (it isn’t made to swivel) and stood there waiting for me to interpret the screen. Awful group of humans who have zero customer service skills. The post office has better employees and that says a lot. Avoid at all costs or go to UPS.

No help, long wait, no rubber bands, charge for all the previous items that used to make FedEx office convenient. Also, when the oversized printer does work which is rare, you now have to prepay an amount greater than what you're spending and then you get refunded later for the amount you did notspend. didsupposedly if you days later with the amount you did not spend.
