Came into the location on this Father’s Day around 11:30am for a quick grab for a few birthday items. As I was looking through the balloons, there was an inflated one that was floating above the helium tank but had no string attached. I then spotted a gentleman going into the small office door right near the balloons. I politely asked him if it was possible to have assistance with a balloon. He immediately rolled his eyes excessively and proceeded to tell me that “we’re out of helium”. I was ok with that & told him that there was one that was inflated already but missing a string attached & pointed it out to him. I apologized for “bothering him”. He never acknowledged that. Body language was on extreme aggravation. He then snatched the drawers of balloons open, found the same balloon that was stringless and very attitudinal says “I’ll use the last of my helium”. I thanked him and proceeded to the register. Surrounded by a few other customers, the kind cashier that was working alone called out to him that she needed assistance from the same gentleman with a gift card for a customer in front of me and he proceeded to exit the front door, ignoring her and went out to a blue vehicle that was parked in the fire lane in front of the store. He leans on the passenger window panel and chit chats, leaving us standing in line to wait on him to return to assist. I immediately asked the cashier “is that your manager” and she said yes. A customer behind me immediately and simultaneously says “he is so rude”. Rude, rude, RUDE. There’s absolutely no reasoning to make being rude make sense, especially while representing a business. I am a successful business owner myself and I would NEVER allow the management (nor employees) but management especially handle my customers in such a manner, for absolutely no reason and unwarranted with kind customers. There needs to be a reprimand for this manager’s behavior or extensive training on customer service. There are entirely too many seeking employment who will do a much better representation at this location.

Yirgalem gave me excellent customer-service... The shelves, however, could stand to be better stocked

The manager here stole my AirPods and pretended to look for them. When i stated the location of the AirPods keep going back and forth from the dollar tree to some apartments on Piedmont rd. He all of the sudden knew they were in the safe. ?In reality he’s the one who had them and wasn’t going to return them until he knew i had his address.

Got here 10 minutes before they closed and all three of them watched people try and open the door that they locked 10 minutes before they were to close.

Just your standard fare Dollar Tree located in an upper scale shopping area, so you didn't feel unsafe. An older store and some of the aisles seemed a little cluttered and either out of some items or fully stocked on others. Cashier was very nice and courteous.

I am beyond impressed with the manager Tricia .Her customer service skills are outstanding . She goes above beyond for her customers . Every time I come in here the other workers seem to be lazy and just standing around . Seems very unprofessional .Besides the unprofessional workers this store is immaculate. Clean and very very well organized !
