My mom is a resident here and I feel good knowing that she is in a safe space. The entire process was easy and quick. Ms. Sheila was very professional and thorough from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable that my mother would be treated well and she has done just that. There are many activities on site to keep the residents active.

Columbia Colony Senior Apartments are a great place for your parents and grandparents to live in. This place is very clean and the staff are awesome. This place gets a 10/10 from my family and I. This apartment is better than a senior living because of the independence my family still feel they have with a chance to meet new people in their community and build new friendships.Shelia Washington is an amazing manager! Keep up the good work!

I am in search of a senior living property. This place was 1 of 4 choices that I narrowed my search to. Going to this property and being greeted by Ms. Washington and her staff definitely made me feel at home. She provided so many details and made sure that she answered all of my questions as well as my daughter’s questions. Thank you again!!

I'm truly impressed with our experience at the facility. As a corporate professional with a lot on my plate, it's been emotionally challenging to navigate my mom's transition to assisted living. However, meeting Mrs. Washington, or Sheila as she prefers to be called, was an absolute game-changer.Sheila not only made herself available to address our concerns but also explained every aspect of the process impeccably. The facility itself exceeded my expectations; it's one of the finest I've come across. I was pleasantly surprised by how vibrant and active it was, thanks to Sheila's dedicated attention to the residents.Observing Sheila effortlessly juggle the needs of multiple individuals during our visit, while still making each one feel like a priority, was truly remarkable. It's clear why her residents hold her in such high regard. This level of service is truly top-notch, and we're immensely grateful to Mrs. Sheila for making this transition smoother for us. I had the BEST experience with Ms. Shelia on yesterday. However, prior to that via email…. She was quick responding and easy to communicate with.Tuesday, I observed her multi-tasking, resolving situations, managing employees all while being professional and with a smile. I was extremely impressed. She was also dressed nice. I look forward to her teaching me how to handle business at Columbia Colony!!!

I have never been so pleased with the customer service at the senior apartments my uncle has resided at in the past! Shelia Washington was so awesome and put my mind to ease. She was so kind and polite and I could really see how much she loves her job! We need more people in the industry like her! Thank you Ms Washington!

I really enjoyed visiting this property. It has all the amenities that my mom needs and close to my residence. All the staff were friendly. Ms. Sheila answered all my questions and was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a senior living facility.

In the past two years, every time rent renewal has come around this new mgmt has increased monthly rent by $100 or more. This is supposed to be a low income senior housing. Increases like this is not feasible for a fixed income population. Not to mention, the controlled access for is constantly broken and the building can be updated.

Don't be fooled. The facility itself isn't that bad...but the management is terrible. My 97 year old Great Aunt is miserable here. Her rent has increased to almost $1200 a month....She can no longer afford food, medicine, or toiletries. The management here is LITERALLY robbing seniors blind....SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!
