Purchasing a car here is not a problem. Shout out to Tex! A1 salesman! The problem comes when it's time for service. Maybe they don't have enough certified mechanics or something. I've had two bad experiences and will not be returning to Classic Cadillac of Roswell. Bought my brand new Cadillac ct5v in for its first oil change here and when I left the dealership and got home I noticed a burning odor. Thought that it might have been the brakes, but after further investigation it turned out that my oil filter wasn't tighten and oil was leaking out and burning on the bottom of the block and exhaust. Fast forward to almost a year later and 17,xxx miles on my brand new car and the check engine light popped on due to transmission problems had to get the car towed in to the dealership. The dealership and myself determined it had codes for the Tcm and Solenoid. P0700 and P0747. If my car wasn't under warranty I would have looked into fixing it myself but a new car under warranty that a dealership issue. Anyway my car sat at the dealership for 3 weeks without out a loaner car even being offered to me. So I had to find a way to get me and my kids around town. No one really reached out to me so I had to frequently call and make appearances at the dealership myself. Guess they got tired of me and finally said come and pick it up. They test drove the car and turned off the check engine light and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. I feel that I wasn't treated like a valued cadillac customer. Now it's labor day weekend and I had to borrow a car to take me and my family out of town because I didn't feel safe driving my Ct5v to Florida and back.
Classic Cadillac you guys dropped the ball on this one.

Purchased a vehicle from Austin Fort at Classic Cadillac today and couldn’t be happier. I generally dislike the car buying process but Austin was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions and made the process easy. I would highly recommend working with Austin if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

Ask for Austin Fort , then you’ll be set , trust me , all my stuff was done and approved before i even got there , left with a 2024 CT4 Caddi and didn’t have to do much but sign some papers

Buyers Beware of this dealership especially when driving from out of town, I came in to see a certified Cadillac Escalade ESV. The car had many issues and when I brought it to their attention, Steve Brown would not even discuss them with me. He told me it was an as is car and that's what I get, as is. I had to remind him the vehicle was not as is but was a certified vehicle that is suppose to have gone through a 175 point inspection and reconditioning process.
Finally he asked me if I had ever heard of Carmax and insisted that this dealership operated like Carmax and did not negotiate. On my way home l let the salesman know how upset I was and he had the Director of Sales, Liam Bennet reach out to me. Liam was immediately great. He wanted time to inspect the car and get back to me. Eventually he did and agreed the car had
issues and wanted to fix them. He even let me know he was looking into how this car got
through their service department as a certified vehicle. Eventually Liam made me an offer to purchase the can at a discounted price. I made a counterlofter of a slightly larger discount with also having the two biggest issues fixed. Liam quickly agreed to my counterofier and in my eyes we had a deal The next day Liam called me to let me know the repairs were in progress.
After no response from liam the following day, listarted to get worried. I then went to the Classic Cadillac website and noticed the car was no longer active. | called Liam with no response and then emailed him again. Einally around 5:30 or so he called me back to inform me he had sold the car to someone else. He immediately got defensive that we never had a deal and his dealership had done nothing wrong. It is now obvious that he was no better than Mr. Brown. but was just trying to save a sale and a bad review. Initially, I thought he was a good person genuinely trying to right a wrong his company had made. Man was I wrong. Of course he did not offer to help in any way to make things right. I guess they were just chasing a sale, and once the car sold, they could care less about me.
Also to note, none of the issues of the vehicle were noted on their website, nor did they tell me about any of them before I drove 2.5 hours. They even sent me a video that carefully avoided the damage. One of the defects was the rear bumper was wrecked.
Please save yourself the time and trouble and avoid this dealership at all costs!

I never enjoyed buying a vehicle like I did at Classic Cadillac of Atlanta.
The people and atmosphere of the place is enthusiastic and friendly.
Our salesperson, Simo Maaninou was kind with a sincere interest in connecting us with the right vehicle.
Simo was patient and made sure all our questions were answered adequately and he represented us well.
We will be back for a repeat GREAT experience.
