I went in with my own phone, and the owner of Compucel was so eager to help me get service with Boost Mobile. The owner was very professional, kind, and patient in making sure my phone worked properly and all my contacts got transferred over. It's such a pleasant experience.

I've been a boost customer for over 4 years now and I don't regret it at all. I was paying a lot of much money with the bigger brands but I found their billing to be way more complex than it should be. This company's flat fee billing is a win for me though. No payment arrangements fee, no disconnect fee, and no reconnect fee. And the young lady that works at this particular location is absolutely a doll! Very patient and friendly.

I have never been more excited or pleased with service per Steve.I had spent hundreds of dollars buying phones and service at T mobile this week trying to get a telephone that worked. Steve spent hours with me until he found my problem at no cost. I had a AMAZING experience with Steve & Diana was having problems switching over my SIM cards to match the new Service boost is changing to and they went ABOVE & Beyond to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of! I’d HIGHLY recommend this location especially if you need A1 Service!!

For the past 3 to 4 months, my phone has been dropping calls. I heard that Dish has bought out Boost. I think this may be true because my sister has dish t.v. and my phone doesn't drop calls when I'm at her house. Regardless i don't have the reception i use to and i went to a 5 g phone. Thinking of changing providers.

Lost my phone and had to replace it when I was far away from this store where I usually go. That store couldn't get my contacts and stuff back. Went to two other Boost stores that said they didn't have time or didn't know how. Came back here and Steve helped me reset the google password, get my contacts, and pictures even though I didn't buy the phone from him.
