They did a GORGEOUS job on mg Jaguar Ipace - nobody in town would even agree to do the body work because it’s an EV and has an aluminum body - not even the Jaguar dealership, but Bavarian has me looking showroom new. Thanks so much.

I selected Bavarian to repair my car after reading some of the highly rated reviews, and they did not disappoint. Jessica and Omar did a fantastic job keeping me informed and answering any questions I had throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Bavarian Collision to my family and friends in the event that they need collision repair.

I recently suffered some damage to the back of my car due to a hit and run. I spent over a month collecting estimates from various body shops across Atlanta, and ultimately settled on Bavarian Collision. I was nervous as my car is bright red, but Omar and his team did a fantastic job. Omar was very transparent on what exactly they’d need to do and providing detailed updates. Their estimate was fair and right in line with the final price. My car looks like it was never damaged, and the detailing they provided made it look brand new. Their customer service is excellent, and the work is even better. I would highly recommend Bavarian Collision for any body work your vehicle needs.

When I leave a review for 5 stars I like to be detail as possible. This was the 3rd collision shop I visit that day. The front desk staff Ronneka and Anthony were amazing and very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Ronneka was very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle process. She helped me get the proper documentation that I needed to get my car road ready. Keith I believe was one of the good people that was dealing with my slow a** insurance company. I love good customer service, this is one of the reason I chose to go with this bodyshop I read the pervious reviews on Google. Haan did a great job assessing my vehicle and walked me through the whole process and a gave me a good time frame. The body work was excellent (shout out the the hands that fix my vehicle) my best friend took his vehicle a few weeks ago to anther bodyshop (very common name place) and let’s just say I’m happy I did not go to there ?! Overall, I see why this place have high reviews. I will definitely use this service in the future. Great customer service and Great work!!!! Don’t confuse this place with the place next door, they have similar names be careful!!!!!

I loved my experience with Bavarian Collision. It was very proficient and I had up to date knowledge of my car every step of the way while it was under their care. Omar was amazing at handling my Nissan and was a great guy to work with, very professional and organized.

Working with Bavarian Collision is easy, efficient and so pleasant. We've had body and mechanical work done on both of our vehicles. The estimating process is quick and there are never any surprises. My favorite part is picking up the car after they've detailed it because it looks brand new!

In this day and age it is way more difficult to find a reliable service center than it should be. I needed a small job done (not insurance or warranty) but it was important to me. I got connected with Omar, he told me to bring it by and he and the crew went to work on it.They knocked it out of the park and got it right back to me in no time flat! Just an overall pleasant experience! I will definitely hollar at Omar and the gang when I need some more work done!

Is 0 an option? Rest assured general public of Atlanta, that inspite of their 4.8 rating Omar is a crook and Jabari supports his crookedness. They scammed my insurance company, did a partial job and damaged something else on my car. Then Omar had the nerve to tell me I brought the car to them like that, smh! They called me joking saying my car blew up, which isn't funny, nor was it true. They said the car was ready, but it was not. It was missing parts that the insurance company paid them for. If I wasn't so thorough this may have gone unnoticed, but I did notice and they refused to fix it. I literally had to put in a dispute with my credit card for the money I paid them just to get them to even call me back. Never again!Services: Painting
