I had a great experience working with Jill at Noland picking out the plumbing for my new master bathroom. It as like shopping with one of my best girl friends. Their showroom is amazing(don’t judge by their website). Highly recommend.

Great selection of high quality bathroom fixtures. Great team ready to offer informed details of product options. I had several follow up issues/questions after my contractor installed our fixtures, the Noland team continued to offer help, even putting the manufacturers' hot lines on the line w me to address issues.

Dana and team at Noland are so amazing to work with. On a Friday afternoon, one phone call and 1 1/2 hours later, I had 2 water heaters delivered to my door after finding my old ones leaking in the basement. Furthermore, their prices are exceptional. I highly recommend working with them for all your project needs!

Counter sales department is fantastic. However the show room and the quality of their customer experience is far less adequate. I’ve been trying to order one single part from them for a month now. My employee was sent in this morning to confirm my order and the show room team even started arguing with him about the finish of the trim that we are requesting. Even though I confirmed the trim last week….

The showroom staff here will go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I am remodeling my shower and needed a specific piece for the shower head that I was unable to find anywhere else. The staff sat down with me to fully understand the piece I was looking for, and then searched their inventory until they found exactly what I needed. Most places would never take this amount of time to help a customer. Thank you Atlanta Noland showroom!

Pretty impressive. They appear to have most everything plumbing related. I'd say they have you covered A to Z in plumbing. Which I could find a general hardware store setup like them.

We purchased an entire kitchen set of appliances less than a year ago. We had Noland help us with delivery and installation. They made it very easy for us. Unfortunately, the person we worked with at Noland is apparently no longer there. Today, when I called Noland for help scheduling a repair on an appliance they sold me, they informed me they didn't handle repairs or installation and the employee who sold us our appliances was no longer employed with them. The young lady on the phone could not have been less concerned about customer service or helping me find an answer. She eventually started yelling at me ,"do you have any proof " that we had used Noland set up installation. Well, my proof is that I'm really, really disappointed and will be telling everyone how terrible their customer service is. I would never recommend Noland. Horrible!!!
