I wish i could give them 0 stars. I had total of 3 cars to be washed and did NOT want to spend a lot of money on a company who I do not know how well they do. I had 2 BMW X5 and 1 430i couple all purchased less than 5 months ago. My wife and I were trying to find someone who we could get regular service. So we didn't want to spend so much money on a company we do not know and trust. So we got the basic $90 wash/ vehicle. First off, there were suppose to be here at 10AM, i called and left a voicemail to cancel, because I didnt get any calls about running late nor nothing!! but then got a text message saying they were short staff and will be running late. I understood that, and when they came, we had to wait for another 30 minutes because they needed to get water. OK FINE, i was patient then, they were finally done about 3 hours later for all 3 vehicles. By the time i received the car, i still see dirty marks on each car, the inside was still dirty!! Far enough, there were scratch marks all over the black 430i. Let me also mention this 430i is brand new and never been car washed, and WE NEVER take our cars to the auto car wash places. When we encountered the issue, Alan was trying to explain none of his products would make scratch marks all over the car and was saying that it was a BMW defect and we needed to go to the dealer.. I mean come on r eally??? Also, we should be the ones frustrated but he was going on about he does all these luxury cars and if we got the $150 full detail, it would have been cleaner!! are you kidding me??? and its always the customers who pays less that complains!! SERIOUSLY??? IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, WHY EVEN SELL THE CHEAPER SERVICE!!??? I would have been a regular customer and would have upgraded to FULL detail and pay much more money for all 3 of these cars, but after all this?? Money is not an issue for me, I would be happy to pay more than $200 if necessary, if only the service i get is worth for. I'm not going to be paying full detail for some company I do not know and don't have many reviews on the internet. and with this kind of customer service??? these skunks are going to be hearing from the BBB and will be loosing customers. WORKING FOR 8 YEARS MY A**** Local car wash places are sooooo much bettterrrr!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE!!: Filed a police report and send all video footage to attorney of the conversation we had because it was all recorded on the black box. Law suit will be filed for vehicle vandalism!
