Today I’m giving Augyst and Erin Owens both 5 stars for their wonderful, exceptional and friendly customer service. They both were extremely professional and polite. I feel both Store Associates went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. They are beautiful inside and out. I would definitely recommend this location.

I LOVE this location and the staff!❤️ JT was very patient and super nice, she created the look and outfit that I was looking for, I appreciate you.??❤️?James is also super cool❤️, I put an outfit together on my own and in his words (Girl you can wear that outfit to brunch??but not an Beyoncé concert)!???I appreciate your honesty.??❤️

Akira is a bustling ladies store within the Mall with some fabulous clothes, you can’t fail to be impressed, wowed and impressed by the selection on other, it will cater for all shapes, figures and styles.What impressed me was the prices on offer, very very reasonable.The store was buzzing, I felt I was in the DJ’s booth, the music fits in the vibe and general style and atmosphere of the store, the staff are helpful, friendly and not to intrusive, it’s a nice place to hang out and spend money

This store is a fashion icons dream! I live in NC and I have shopped with Akira online for years so this past weekend I was in ATL for a day and I figured I see what the store was like. I have never been so excited to shop in my life. They have everything! My favorite part was the wall with everything $30 and up and the rack with $20 and up jeans that fit perfectly.Michael helped me at the dressing rooms and he was sooo sweet and helpful. He became my personal stylist and got my contact info so I can reach out for any future stylings. I will definitely be using him for my birthday outfits.I walked out with 4 big bags of clothes and shoes and only spent $350. I loooove a great deal and the quality is great. I will be back soon.Update to company: Yes! Please bring Akira to NC. Based on the market here I would say Charlotte would have the perfect fit. There’s nothing like this company in NC. Come give the people what they need! Xo

Jordan and her team at Cumberland were phenomenal! This was my first experience shopping here and I felt like it was circa 1999. The entire team had high energy and was greeting everyone who entered. I forgot what it felt to have someone ask if you need help and really want to help. I was styled by a lady with pink hair who was dressed so fashionably, JT who I can tell knows fashion and the fabulous leader Jordan. Together they made my experience memorable and I will definitely be back with a plus 1.

Had a delightful shopping experience at this location. Bre helped me piece together outfits for my birthday! She’s very creative, patient and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m back in Atlanta.

Today was my first time shopping at Akira and it was an unforgettable experience! My friend and I were shopping for a Holiday party and Michael did not let us leave our dressing room. He was so attentive, so kind and so patient. I was super indecisive and he was sooooo helpful through all of it. The whole staff was so nice.Because of me and my indecisiveness we were there past closing time but were never kicked out or told to hurry.I will definitely come back!! I am not much of a shopper and ended up spending $200 on a couple outfits because of Michael! My best friend spent like $250. Ask Michael to help you, he is AMAZING!! The whole staff provided the BEST customer service!-Janelly

If you go, ask for Sean. He’s the best. As far as everyone else, customer service is nonexistent and the clothes are overpriced, given the poor quality. If you’re looking for a quick outfit that you only plan on wearing once, then this is your place.

Honestly every time I come to this location I have felt horrible vibes from the employees.The check out employees look angry and very unpleasant. Some employees are very great at asking people if they need help and others could care less and are unwilling to help if needed. I have been to many different locations for Akira but this one needs work.

This store PERIMETER MALL is soooooo stressful to shop in the music was BLASTING along with no air conditioning tight as hell however the clothes are beautiful But nothing like back home chicago however the akira in Cumberland mall is MUCH BETTER and organized
