Had a terrible experience for one. I paid $20 extra for fast shipping for special occasion did not receive the product until that Monday so that was late and the second thing was I put it as a gift. It came crushed In a box. Every time you call back Armani there’s some foreign people on the phone that hang up on you so I don’t have to contact the store or the Better Business Bureau to see what’s going on and why they have a 800 number for them to hang up on you that’s a shame. I won’t be ordering from them no more, never and I will tweet about it and share it on Instagram and Facebook. Terrible poor customer service not good at all. If you want to purchase go inside the store only do not use online.

Won’t be shopping here anymore..Manager tells me I can’t return unopened white t shirts , I had my receipt etc.I say why wasn’t this disclosed at time of purchase, she says it’s on the back of your receipt, then she says we will let our cashiers know to discloseSo basically a Insufficient response to my question.If the cashier does not tell you this important info before purchasing your stuck with these itemsBecause technically you get your receipt after you pay , so either way your trapped.At a popular location like this , this should not occur So failure to disclose information and cheat your customers , now you have a unsatisfied customer , I will never make a purchase at this location
