I tried to shop around the store in my wheelchair I am disabled and the store clerk basically told me I'm not allowed to shop on my own and when I grabbed a water bottle to check out he came from around the counter and snatched the water bottle out my hand and told me to leave if I don't let my friend shop for me. Really was discriminated and disrespectful and damn near assaulted him snatching the water from me

Mr John and Mr Frank are the true definition of what it means to be a good neighbor. we are so lucky to have them just a few doors down. We can't repay them enough for all the times they've helped us with ice, juices, water bottles and last minute needs when everyone else was closed. One time we called after they had closed because our ice machine broke down and Mr John re-opened his store and brought us 10 bags of ice to get us through the busy weekend night. please support them whenever you are on the block. we love them.

I was accused of stealing last night when I was simply putting my chapstick back in my pocket. I was at an event next door and I only came in this store to buy gum. The old man who works here is a b**** and I will never go to this store again. After accusing me of stealing I was of course mad and cursed him out 1. because I don't steal and 2. because I couldn't buy the gum. It's a shame. I've never been accused of stealing in my life. Don't come here! It's not worth being looked down upon. I assume that the man who works here negatively stereotypes everyone who comes in the store because of the area that it's in.

First I would like to say this is coming from a good place I'm all about supporting local businesses but I will not be talked down upon in the process. The staff is unruly, the customer service sucks and wait I'm spending my hard earned money at your establishment and I'm receiving crappy service.. Nooo more!! I will no longer spend a red cent at this location and I stress my fellow patrons that you follow suit!

Great mom and pops type of store. Can always count on them to be open on holidays and conveniently located around the corner in the Sweet Auburn District. Another plus is the close proximity to the new streetcar!
