Tried to get in contact with someone & 3 different people gave me the run around & still were not able to help me resolve this issue. The customer service is horrible!!!!! This place has to be a scam.

I had a great experience today! I am a wheelchair user and they couldn’t have been nicer or more welcome. When I rolled in I was immediately told by a nice girl the store should be accessible but if anything I find is too narrow to let them know and they will move it, told if anything was a little high just let them know and they will help get it for me and if I need a dressing one just to let them know. They couldn’t have been kinder. Later I needed some help getting a top that was too high, I asked the closest person, their name was Ray, they immediately were so kind and helped me and came back and introduced themselves and told me where I could find them in the store if I need anything else, later they got me a dressing room. And when I went to check out they pointed me to a checkout that is lower for wheelchair users. They were so so nice and I couldn’t have had a better experience :)

I remember when Tilly's started in Orange County, California, during the last century. It evolved and expanded, now having over 200 stores. I haven't been in a Tilly's store in many years.This Tilly's is in North Point Mall, on the second level. Tilly's has stayed consistent with keeping its target audience at the 30s and under age group, selling quality clothing for active lifestyles. As I entered the store, an employee was standing near the entrance greeting customers and tole me to let him know if I needed help looking for anything. The store is well organized and clean, with men's, women's and kids' clothing in separate departments. The shoe department is on the right near the entrance. Clearance racks in the back of the store near the middle feature closeout merchandise.I remember Tilly's as being the go to store for reasonably priced clothes. This isn't the case anymore, as prices are just too expensive, unless items are on sale, when the prices are still a little high.

Was there yesterday, coming here is always a great experience, i drive all the way from Stockbridge to shop here, staff has always been very friendly and helpful, always have great deals and just overall great customer service!

Felt very uncomfortable. One of the staff members on the floor would not stop staring at me and my friends the whole time. Really creeped out.

I swung by this place because it was one of the few places in the mall still open, and it wowed me. They had a very wide variety of clothes available, including a lot of brands which aren't carried anywhere else. The customer service is amazing, I didn't get the cashier's name but it was a blond white guy and he was just the best. He was so down to earth and friendly, we even had a full conversation for a little bit. Overall 10/10 I will definitely be returning when I come back to North Point!!

They had exactly what I needed! I always buy two of everything and I found the tops that I was looking for in my size which is rare! Ashton was also friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Brent is amazing! He was extremely helpful with making sure I was able to get my pickup order, even with technical issues that were holding the order back. He even went the extra mile and called IT to make sure I could get my order on the same day! Brent was able to turn this confusing situation around so quickly, thanks again Brent!

All workers wear masks to avoid COVID-19 as they should, they are also very helpful and polite to customers. And the store itself has many great items ranging from clothing to other useful products.
