“I had a friend buy me a select brilliant super ball for my Birthday in July of 2019. The ball started not holding air properly anymore, going flat within 30- 1 hr of pumping it up. I emailed select support and their Support Person Elizabeth Bell was very quick and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They ended up sending me a new ball free of charge. On top of great support, their balls are of top quality and I cant wait to go kick the new one around.”

This review is a few months late but as I am wearing my dunks I remembered the kindness and care this manager showed us. He went above and beyond to make a situation right for us. He was a breath of fresh air in a retail shopping world post Covid, considering that most people don’t care to provide good customer service anymore it seems like. “The Total Pickleball Store in Alpharetta is "Great." Went there today for the first time to look at Pickleball Paddles. Fantastic selection. They have all types of paddles. What was really nice was the fact that they carry in store the Selkirk and Joola paddles that you can have in your hand and see in person instead of wondering what it feels like searching online or You tube.
