Awesome customer service, first time at the store and Megan was fantastic, she helped me with the fitting process and also with trying multiple sizes and brands with a great patience and smile. Thanks a lot to her. My choice of color was not available in store hence purchased online using discounted membership trial offer.

Beware of them, I bought shoes a year ago using my credit card. Out of blue this month they charged 50$ to my credit card. I did not step into their store in the past 12 months, I did not buy anything. I dint buy any yearly plans. Careful in using your credit card with this store.

DO NOT USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD HERE. YOUR INFO WILL BE RETAINED AND AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE WILL BE MADE A YEAR LATER. Please look up this business on the BBB site. Then Google "Roadrunner Sports class action suit". I've been battling this company for two weeks. On May 2nd they made an unauthorized charge of 49.99 to my bank account. I have only visited their store once in my life to buy insoles. I was told I would save 10% if I signed up for the FREE rewards program. So, a year later they steal money from me by debiting my account 49.99 for a rewards program. I have called them, filed a BBB complaint which they seem to refuse to answer, and I have sought legal help. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS. The rewards program at Big Peach and Fleet Feet is free...and they don't store your information...........UPDATE: I'm really curious. If it's not your intention to mislead......why are there HUNDREDS of people with the same complaint, on the BBB site? What about the ...maybe thousands..from the 2019 class action?....and how many will it be in the new class action that's in the works?

I can not remember the employee’s name who helped me out when I purchased my running shoes, but he did a fantastic job! He was informative, friendly, and patient. I felt comfortable discussing issues and concerns I had. Best of all, I didn’t feel pressured to buy something. Thank you!
