If I could give this no stars I would, I want to people to aware of a incompetent realtor I had to deal with buy the name of Carolyn Sue Forsythe. Yes she started off good as if she want what's be for her client (me) but as soon as I went under contract the BS started. Let start by saying I was under contract to sell my house for two months part of it was her fault because she wasn't being truthful and doing what was best for her so she can get paid and the other was because of the buyer and their realtor. I'm gone fast forward to the day of closing where I had to drive 5 hours to close to find out literally hours before closing that I had to pay fees and she supposedly had no freaking clue and I was unprepared. Long story short even though I got half of the fees paid for because I was willing to walk away failed at her job. Oh when I tried to report her to her boss, she didn't want to talk to me....sue took her money and went on with her like as if she didn't just fuck someone over.

Working with Anne Kim was the worst experience I have ever had with a Realtor. Although she represented the buyer, and I was the Seller, I completely understand and expect her to be an advocate for her client but Anne was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. During the walkthrough (where I took 2 hours out of my day for the buyers) and the closing, she said nasty things about me in her native language. I was simply amazed at her condescending tone and approach, speaking down to me simply because my family and are African-American. Her unprofessional approach caused our closing to be delayed and almost cancelled; had it not been for our outstanding Realtor making last minute adjustments the closing would have been cancelled. I recommend that no one ever use Anne Kim as a Realtor.

I just wanted to leave a review for our Coldwell Agent Rita Lewis. I recently got relocated for my job from Ohio to Georgia and Rita was referred by our relocation company. I could not have been more pleased with the recommendation. Beyond being sweet, kind and pro-active, Rita is a go-getter which is what we look for in a Realtor. She takes her business seriously & stayed on top of absolutely everything. She gets back to you immediately, has numbers to call for anything you need and really takes her time to make sure you understand all matters and again we could not have been more pleased. I would highly highly recommend her if you are in need of a real estate agent to either buy or sell your property. We without a doubt will be using her & referring all friends or co-workers that may be moving down to the Atlanta area. She made the whole relocation/house buying experience a breeze.
