I visited Ferguson recently for the first time in 9 years & nothing has changed! It's still the same unfriendly, cold, and unwelcoming environment. I gave them one star because the receptionist did say hello when I walked in. I saw several employees in the store, but I guess I was invisible until I walked out the door. The same employee that saw me in the rear of the store was standing at the receptionist desk talking to her. It's a shame because I live near Ferguson's showroom, but I drove all the way to Sandy Springs to Sewell Appliances & gave them my business! Sewell employees were friendly & helped me select all my kitchen appliances. I'm surprised Ferguson is still in business with that attitude!

I loved the service and expertise shared by the consultant, Allisa, as I picked out a new faucet and bathroom sink. The selection on display was helpful. Items delivered the next day.

Received poor post-sale service and inaccurate guidance from our sales rep after purchasing a new cooktop and downdraft. We had verified multiple times with our rep that we had everything we needed for our install and he said “yes”. On the day of install, our contractor noted that we didn’t have a blower to go with our new unit . Left a voicemail, email and text with our rep requesting help… no response. Ended up having to work with someone else due to the urgency and unresponsiveness. We then unexpectedly had to drop an additional $700 for a blower and drive an hour to pick it up at a warehouse. Ferguson wouldn’t do anything to make amends for the blunder and inconvenience they caused.

I am having a great deal of frustration with Fergusons. I have been dealing with a warranty issue since last May. At first they were helpful and now I cannot get a response to MULTIPLE phone calls and messages I have left. I feel like I deserve the courtesy of a response from them. Can anyone help me please!!!!

Jamil Byers at counter sales is the man. He always goes above and beyond to get us everything we need for our jobs and to get us in and out as fast as possible. He always makes every effort to make sure he finds our product even if there is an inventory error or it somewhere in the warehouse. Thanks Jamil

Came specifically to see a Ruvati composite sink as they were listed as dealers. No Ruvati sinks on display or information on colors available. Sales person said she's been selling them for two years. Not sure how if you can't see them. We were basically ignored by sales team.

What a great experience we had with Lucas!! He gave us all the time we needed, listened to what our style desires are and gave great options. All of this with no pressure. Our search is over. If only we could find a Lucas everywhere :)

I'm giving them my kitchen business. One of the few places left that has a showroom where you can see and feel the kitchen and bath products. Lowes, Home Depot stores have gotten so lazy they only put two or three kitchen sinks out so you can see them. Bye bye

Went on a Saturday and no knowledgeable assistance was available. Tried to use their poted QR codes with no success to see features. Ultimately not much good and a waste of time.
