I saw a car from them on FB market and inquired about it. The owner asked me to call for more details, and so I did. Little did I know what they meant was more details from ME. I was asked to provide bank statements and/or financial proof that I'm eligible to purchase the vehicle even though I made it clear that I will not be financing. All those information need to be submitted and approved before setting up an appointment to see the vehicle, which seems absurd because the car barely values over 20k.This is a HUGE RED FLAG. Stay away from those used car dealers who is more interested in gathering personal information than actually selling the cars.

I had a great experience with Desired Motors . I worked with Rick, who was thoroughly professional and courteous.I purchased a Honda HR-V. It was clean, In great shape and ran perfectly. The process was painless. The best thing is that Rick is transparent in his dealings and there are no hidden fees. The cars at this dealership are priced fairly and I am very happy and feel I was cared for at this dealership. I will recommend it to family and friends.

Would not negotiate the price even though I had a bank check in hand. Had an issue with the top shortly after purchase, but would not help in repair. Overall my experience was OK.

when I called about a 1997 lx450 the dealer said he didn't finance - wasn't as issue as I could pay in cash- but he required a proof of funds before I could view the car, which was odd as even when test driving and considering cars twice this price no such proof was necessary. Eventually I had a family member call and no such proof of funds was required and suddenly he did finance. After getting the car inspected $4000 in necessary repairs were found to be needed, including vital safety and compliance items as leaking break lines, brakes worn to the rotors, cracking tires from 1997, new catalytic converters, as well as others. Even the mechanic mentioned that despite the car driving well it wasn't safe to drive and asked how far i'd have to drive it back and it wasn't safe for much further. It's ridiculous that a car being traded 18 months before, had not basic safety repairs (or even cleaning) performed. Even without the repairs, the vehicle was overpriced at $23,000 compared to other listings of identical cars at $18000 and further proved by the fact the car had been for sale for 18 months. Despite all this the dealer was unwilling to budge on his price because the car was "collectible". By far the worst experience Ive had at a dealership. since then I purchased a similar vehicle inn better condition, better equipment, and with full service records for $5000 less. Rick was unprofessional and unreasonable, selling a car. that was unsafe and overpriced; basically your stereotypical used car dealer. I made 3 calls and 2 emails total through the entire ordeal. I don't often write reviews but after going to several dealers on a variety of cars this experience was truly noteworthy in unprofessionalism and arrogance on rick's part.

Well I sent my car back to them I told him from beginning about the abs on car light was comming on he said its fixed .got car back now I gotta go get abs checked out on a car a bought from you all..after I told you all twice if you would have fixed it from beginning we would not have this problem now I got to come out of pocket I did tell you from the frist test drive you lied and didn't fix it ..

Desired Motors will definitely be the first place that I would look to when purchasing my next car. Rick was always accessible by phone when I needed him in making my decision. Upon arrival Rick had the car and keys ready for me to test drive. Unlike other dealerships, where the car may be detailed after the purchase of the vehicle, the car was nice and clean and looked good as new. Rick was knowledgable about the car that I bought and he was very patient with me, especially since it was my first time buying a car. He went the extra mile and made sure the maintenance was up to date on the car, and the tires were rotated. Where most dealerships charge so many extra fees, Desired Motor's was upfront in their pricing and they were not trying to take advantage of a customer. It took me four months to find this car and I am super grateful that I waited and purchased with Desired. It was a very smooth and quick process. Thanks to Rick and Desired Motors! Head on over to them before purchasing anywhere else, you will never want to go anywhere else again!

My husband and I traveled from Columbus Georgia to look at a 4 runner and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. Rick was very kind , their was no pressure and he encouraged us to take our time test drive and even take the vehicle to be looked over. We had spent weeks looking for a daily driver that would be reliable and affordable and by far Desired motors was the best experience .

We wish we would have stopped here first! It would have saved us so much time. Rick is amazing!! He is honest and straight forward and very personable. You will get THE BEST PRICE!! No haggling needed, he has great cars in wonderful condition. When we took the car we bought to our mechanic, he was amazed at how great the condition of it was. We will be back for any future purchases. Highly recommend you check them out before you even go around elsewhere.
