I'm done with Chase. Not this specific branch, but just had enough of their wrong practices. blocking Zelle transaction for no reason, and then couldn't even get their story straight as to why on earth would you do that . One representative says "Sorry we had to verify that it's you "... WHAT ?. Then the outsourced supervisor is lying to his teeth "It wasn't Chase it was Zelle, we're just a pipeline". What an arrogant jerk. "Go to court if you don't like it" he says. Burn in hell wherever you are in India. I am done with Chase. moving my account tomorrow.

Sitting here in the lobby trying to make a simple deposit and everyone is in the back with the door locked. The employee in the lobby says she doesn't work at this branch so doesn't have access. Waiting for ten minutes.....continuing this now in my car as the employee from the back came to the door to the lobby then said he cannot help anyone for another ten more minutes. I told him all I want to do is make a deposit and he won't even acknowledge my presence with any eye contact or any response.

What a horrible experience. People here aren't service oriented. All I wanted was a copy of a mortgage statement and I've been sitting here for over 45 minutes with no contemporaneous resolve in my future.

Terrible service from the assistant Vice President Kenneth Robinson. Who treated me like a criminal. Will never return to this particular bank again.

Ever since they got rid of the teller window, it's difficult to get anything done here if you need bankers. There were only two people working. Waited over 30 minutes to get some temp checks. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been a long time chase customer. This branch is useless! It is a new concept store called a Chase Express. No tellers, unable to cash check for a business account, just kept telling me things they couldn't do for me.

No teller services at this location..... couldn't deposit checks for a commercial account, changes rendered it useless to me now.

I was promised $200 to open an account with a large deposit for five months. After three visits to the bank and phone calls, the manager refused to add the amount to my account because they could not locate the coupon or offer. I closed my account and deposited in the Suntrust Bank across the street where I always get efficient and pleasant service. Beware of their offers.
