Absolute night mare. Opened 2 business accounts two weeks ago and transferred well over 100k into the account and it has been nothing but headaches since. I regret the moment I stepped foot at this branch. All my funds are on hold for absolutely no reason. Closed the accounts and they still hold the funds. I am getting my attorney involved on Monday.
Update. After 2 months of holding the funds without good explanation other than discrimination they finally released the funds. I immediately close all Chase accounts and credit cards and urged all my business partners and friends to do the same. We won’t support arbitrary discriminatory practices.

Went with my nephew to help him get his checking account opened. Kenneth Robinson was fantastic: friendly, thorough and helpful. We didn't feel rushed - he made sure my nephew had everything he needed. Great customer service!

I quite honestly don’t know where to start. Everytime I walk into the branches near me, there’s always different staff; truly doesn’t make the interaction personal anymore. I went into the branch today to make my monthly payments and the teller was giving me a hard time. I asked if the teller that usually helps me was available, and to my unfortunate surprise I found out that the only person who’s knowledgeable and attentive, was no longer working there. The only teller left is the one that is always on their phone, it makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her for walking in. Chase is hiring new staff but they’re very incompetent. I’ve come in contact with the branch manager before, and it seems like she doesn’t know what is going on in her own branch. This is so unfortunate because Chase is such a reputable company, you would expect employees to be more pleasant.

I went to this branch around 10:45 am today to deposit a legal of copy of my insurance check. The bank teller told me that check need manager or senior bank officer's endorsement and they all are in a meeting untill 2:00 PM, so, come back after 2:00 pm. I just don't understand how they all can be in a meeting for such a long time and not making atleast one of them available to address customer's issue.

I had a fantastic experience with Selene, she turned a soured experience at one of the sister branches into a phenomenal one. I will continue to come to this location, even though it is a bit further than the one nearest to me, just to see her. When I came in, Selene greeted us with a cheerful smile and really made my day. I explained to her my previous experience at the Roswell location, she listened to my frustrations and empathized with my experience. Selene went above and beyond for my husband and I and really, because of her, we have decided to continue banking with Chase. Selene was informative, attentive, personable, and really just a refreshing experience compared to my last few encounters at the Roswell branch. Major kudos due Selene for retaining our business and making it worth while. Thank you Selene.

Les Holman is an amazing representative for Chase Bank. He greeted us at the door and immediately helped us print some statements. I haven't had this experience at some other locations. This location is beautiful and a pleasure to be in. Thanks Les!!

Came in to get a printed copy of my new address on a statement and was pleasantly given a copy with more information I had been waiting to look into. I was helped by the kindest banker Santha who said she would be transferring locations soon. I think she was more than a banker, but she went out of her way to make my experience great! Thank you! (Which bank will you be transferring to?) Haha great hospitality!

Eh, bad service. Awkward convos. Bad experience & couldn't open an account. Wasn't expecting it from a banker that not only gave weird vibes but also made me regret walking in unfortunately.

Chase bank, its great in all when you're wanting to setup an account, but i have to have a debit or credit card to get a debit or credit card. Something isnt adding up. Im a first time account i dont have a creit or debit. Please fix this
