It’s all who helps you. I have left a review that’s great before. But today I bought a shoe and they shipped the wrong size. Then when I call to get them to fix it they say sorry we can’t help. U have to come in. What a waste of my time. Makes me never want to go back here. It’s a joke really. Some people do what’s easy not what’s right.

Today walked in had a wonderful conversation. Jake directed me to the fitted hats and deals on hats, shirts etc. great customer service from Jake an from Rose for taking my payment they will expect another visit one day again.

The staff at this Champs location are wonderful. Jacob, Jerick and Makaya were very helpful, incredibly personable and quick to assist me as soon as I walked through the door. Admittedly, I have avoided shopping at sneaker/sports apparel stores in North Point Mall for years due to past experiences, but today’s visit was surprisingly pleasant. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future thanks to the warm staff and great selection.

Be very careful looking at shoes here... we went to several places in the mall, looking at kids shoes and Champs was charging 20-30$ more for the same shoes we saw at other locations. I mean the exact same shoes we just tried on downstairs were 100 at Champs and they were 80 downstairs. I really started to look, did some quick Google work, and what I saw was that this place is a rip off!! I would not shop here unless your money just doesn't matter to you.

A guy with natural kinky puffy hair was called to help apply my gift card to a pick up order….says he wasn’t about to help me put $25 in my pocket ….. isn’t that the whole point in using a gift card??? Champs customer service is horrible …Couldn’t even help apply a $25 CHAMPS gift card to my order
