Called Matthew for a pre purchase inspection on a used car I was interested in buying. By lunchtime the same day he was already inspecting the vehicle and sent me a very comprehensive report with pictures and videos included for each and every concern he listed.He was very clearly able to explain to me the finer details of the report, as well as give an informed opinion on purchasing/driving the car overall. In this case I was able to go through with the purchase after a favorable inspection, and now I have an awesome car that I'm loving.Thanks again Matthew, for helping me keep my peace of mind throughout the car buying experience. Mechanic was scheduled at 11:30am and was able to work my vehicle in even earlier! Replaced pads and rotors, but also addressed another issue that was damaging the pads.. My family and I have been using Car tech for years… we’ve even referred family and friends to them but they drew the love for me with the last person I referred.They scheduled an appointment so she cleared her schedule to make sure she was available at the time of the appointment. They never showed and she texted to confirm they were still coming, only to text later to ask if they could reschedule for the next day.The next day she text a little before their scheduled time to confirm their scheduled appointment. Hours went by and no text back. I called them no answer but at least I did get a text smh…I sent a text back and it was immediately read but she didn’t get a reply back until after my message was read and I never received a response lmbo. Needless to say, they never showed up for her brake job after she altered her schedule two days.As a repeat customer, I will not accept this behavior and will not be back. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. Oh and I never received a response from my message… bad business bad business
