Kevin saved the day. I decided to visit this store last Friday and called before I headed out since it was a 1:30 drive one way. Everything was confirmed--including the products I wanted in stock. Upon my arrival, a problem caused the store to close early. I was mad as Hell. But instead of just pitching a fit, I called the next day and talked to the manager--Kevin. Kevin sympathized and apologized and answered my questions. I made my purchase over the phone including free shipping and a discount for being put out. 5.11 could have lost a customer for life, but Kevin saved the day. I hope they appreciate the time and effort he put into making one customer happy. Thanks Kevin!

The store is well-stocked, very organized and has plenty of room to move about. The staff was friendly. We were greeted and offered assistance when we entered. We didn't need help because we knew what we were looking for and found it within a minute. Checkout was easy and smooth. We bought 2 pairs of 5.11 TacPro Lite, which are my husband's favorite work pants. They're very comfy, stain and tear resistant and have more "storage space" than my purse! Try them.

Overall, my experience at this 5.11 Tactical store was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of knowledgeable and kind employees sets this store apart. I left feeling confident in my purchases and impressed by the level of service provided. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of quality tactical gear and outstanding customer service.

Taj and Jarvis were very personable and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the products and a joy to have met. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I highly recommend this store and these two sales associates to assist with your 5.11 purchase!

They have some pretty good stuff here, the women’s boots was lacking a lot with only two options in the entire store. But everything else was great.

My husband and I were in the 511 store for maybe an hour picking out different hats. The staff was incredibly helpful showing us all the places hats were located & giving suggestions based on what he wanted. We ended up buying 4 hats and 4 patches based on their help. Would go again!

before this place opened ~5-6 years ago, the only authorized retailer I knew with this kind of EDC variety in and around the perimeter was in Forest Park, GA. those of us ITP really appreciate the convenience and huge inventory this location affords us. plus they have an awesome staff to boot so ...
