I also found this watch and jewelry store by accident. I had a 50 year old watch that needed a new latch. I was pleased how helpful Oleg was in explaining what needed to be fixed and how it should be latched. He repaired it, and I was thrilled to wear it again. So,
I asked him to check my engagement ring, sure enough a prong was broken off. He fixed the prong, polished, and rhodium plated both engagement and wedding rings. ( My rings are 44 years old). When I came to pick them up, I gasped! I don't ever remember my ring looking so beautiful! I couldn't be more thrilled, and will only use Oleg from here on in!

The single best experience I have had with getting my watch battery replaced. I have taken my watch in the past to the big Jewelry shop off Holcolmb bridge. It used to take a week for them to replace a simple watch battery and it was expensive. They also told me recently they now only replace customers batteries for watches purchased through their store which is crazy!! I decided to take my watch to 3:16 Jewely & Watch Boutique in Northpoint Mall. I was greeted so kindly by the owner, Oleg. He changed the battery in literally 2 minutes!!! The gentleman is courteous, honest, and so friendly. I will be bringing my business to him from now on.

By far the best jewelry repair I have ever received! My fiancé and I bought my wedding band from a chain jewelry company and were advised to get the wrong kind of ring enhancer for my ring, leading to the engagement ring not being able to sit in properly and the entire ring not fitting. Upon taking it back to them, they "fixed it" by stretching the ring so that it sat way to wide for the engagement ring and left it with a huge gap and resizing it to the point that it was too small if my finger swelled at all. The week leading up to my wedding, I tried on my soon to be wedding ring and found that it didn't fit at all due to my finger swelling with the heat. My mom and I brought it into Oleg's store and he was quick to assure us that it could be fixed in time for my big day. Oleg took great care of my ring and sized both my engagement ring and enhancer so that they now fit perfectly. He also took the time to check all of the stones and to polish it so that it looked as good as new for the big day! I cannot thank you guys enough for what you did for me and will definitely be going to 3:16 for all of my future jewelry care needs!

I had an unusual request to engrave a special pewter plate with specific fonts to match another plate. Corina did an awesome job - perfect! I was so very pleased with the quality of her work and expertise, her professionalism and friendly service. The cost was fair for the unusual request. I will definitely do business with 3:16 again!

I happened to stop here to get a ring soldered and asked if they made rings. Carina was so patient with me as I took time to make a decision on the stone and setting. I picked up my ring yesterday and I couldn’t be happier!!! Oleg was great as well!!I will be getting a necklace made next! I will go to them for all my jewelry needs! What a great find for me!!!

I asked for the back of my antiquie Omega to be removed so I could take pictures. Oleg, the owner of 3:16 Jewelry for some reason pulled the winding pin from the side using to much force and yanked it right out of the watch. He put the watch down and said it was broken. It was working nicely before he got his hands on it.I asked for help to fix it but he deflected and wanted no part of it He wanted me out of his store and he asked me to leave. It was clear he was responsible for breaking my watch.Oleg was rude, defensive and somehow managed to escape any accountability for his involvment. Watch this guy closely, no pun intented.
