Went in and was greeted and checked in by an employee(short white skin male) and informed him on what I needed. The employee let me know he would go check and that I was next. As others came in and checked in the employee seemed to begin assisting a customer (male w/white skin tone). The employee went on to go to the back and bring out items that the customer apparently was interested in. I then went to ask him did he find my items and he acted as if he couldn’t remember what device I needed help with and asked a brown skin employee questions about my questions. I don’t know if it was a racial thing BUT the customer he was assisting came in AFTER a brown skin tone lady who came in behind me. I then proceeded to leave because if you aren’t going to give proper customer service I will NOT spend my money there.

I was having issues with my phone. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile hotspot issue. The man at the store took a look at my phone and then we called the service number. He went through every step. Even when I thought it was time to give up, he kept going and they finally found the solution! I was so happy! I was very appreciative of the service they provided. Thank you!

It would be nice to have a local phone number to ask a question. It takes forever to get a representative on the 800 number. I asked for the store number and they gave it to me. It went straight to the 800 number. So ridiculous. I just wanted to know if they have iPads in stock . I didn't want to make a trip to the store just to see if they did. Do better Verizon.

Standing here asking for my bill so I can PAY Verizon. They said they don't give bills in the store. Lol. What? Why? So d**** Worst customer service ever.

This is the third visit to a Verizon location and the second one to this store. We were attempting to get my fiancee phone transferes to my TMobile account. The first visit to this store was ok because the TMobile rep had us to speak with someone she knew at Verizon. We did not get the problem resolved at that timebecause the phone needed to be paid off. We went to our local Verizon office and paid the phone off but they couldn't unlock the phone. We returned to the Albany store today after church. No one greated us and when I said something to a staff person who was seeing if other people had been helped. When we explained the issue we were told they could not do anything they asked if we had called Verizon. I had to ask for someone to all and help us. And even after that when the system guy said the phone was unlocked we still couldn't make a call. The issues wasn't resolved until the you g man we had worked with in our orgainal visit came to help

Seems like a nice place if you can get someone to help. Very clean and updated location. Only problem, I went in to buy a new phone and ended up just walking around for about 20 mins. No one even greeted me or anything, So I left. To their defense, it was only 3 associates that I could see. They all were with other customers. But a simple "welcome to Verizon " would have been nice. I probably would have waited a little longer for a associate

The store is absolutely busy but they make sure that everyone is seen. Tia makes sure to greet everyone and check them in while a big smile and amazing friendly attitude.

Excessive wait time ...over 2 hours...they send you to a nearby gas starion or restaurant to use the restroom. They gave me a new phone number but Verizon gave the same number to someone else, causing multiple problems and abt 3.5 hours on the phone to fix.
