My packages are being left between my vehicles in front of my garage, I don’t see the package unless I open the garage to get in my car! I have a front porch with a camera to notify me that someone is at the door, why not use my front porch? I have had a heavy item left in front of my garage that my neighbor had to get it in for me! What has happened to your professional service UPS?

I have been waiting on a package since 9/28 and still haven’t received it. Every time I call I’m always getting the run around about when it’s suppose to come. I’m told that it is still sitting at the warehouse???. This is the worse experience ever and the worse company ever.

Delivery updates and tracking showed package being delivered that day. Meet IPS driver who had my address on his delivery chart but did not have the package. Call the Albany UPS after 3 times speaking to a robot I finally spoke to a guy named Ray who guaranteed me that my package would be to my by the end of the day and it was on another truck with another driver. Not only could you tell he was lying but he also spoke loud and rudely over the top of anything I had to say. Customer service is a Strong part of any business. Did I mention I lost a days pay waiting for this package. Employees like Ray are should not be in customer service. If I could give zero stars for this experience I would.

Our driver was very arrogant and had a provoking attitude from the very start. He had attempted to delivery our package previously to the wrong lot. Our address was clear on the package and instead of locating us he took package back saying we had moved. The people on the wrong lot had moved. This created a 4 days stressful time for me to get it back here. So...because he was unwilling to simply admit his mistake he was aggressive and and defensive with us. Poor customer service. The only plus was Gloria who took my complaint, apologized for his behavior and was going to follow up with her supervisor.

I just received an email saying that I was not available to accept the delivery. I literally watched this driver drive up to the end of the driveway stop for less that 30 seconds and pull away. He never even pulled into the driveway!! If this had been just an everyday I would have dealt with waiting until tomorrow but this is medication that has to be refrigerated. These drivers have no idea what they are delivering so how can they say “receiver not available” when they can see the cars in the driveway & lights on in the house? What happened is precious didn’t want to get wet from the rain.

Just got a message that they tried to deliver my package but I refused it. I have not even seen a UPS Truck at my house today. I really need what I ordered, now they are sending it back. I do not understand why they didn't bring it to my house, been sitting here waiting on it.

Have a package that has my po box address on it and UPS says the can't deliver it. They say it needs a signature but it wasn't shipped like that. I tried to change the address to deliver where I'm at but can't the sender has to do it. Fed Ex called me and updated my address cause they can't deliver to my po box. Never will I use UPS again! This is Christmas presents sent from family I don't guess we will get!

Driver keeps stating that the delivery was "attempted" but I have been home on the porch waiting for it and the truck never even came down my street. This new driver is lazy and a liar. Georgetown, GA

I got notice on Friday and Saturday, a notice (emails) that a package coming in from Mexico that an attempt to deliver was unsuccessful. I sat at home all day Friday & Saturday until the second notification came in saying an attempted delivery was made.We called the customer help line, they were no help either. Never could get an answer to why or even an explanation. You would think, if they want you to be home, UPS could give you a time as not to wait all day, especially when they don’t show up at all!

They where suppose to deliver to our business on 6/20/2022. I called and they told me dispatch said they are running select ground and i was not select for some reason. They seem to do what they want and this is poor service.

I work for the post office and we do their last mile, the parcels that the driver brings to us to deliver have had our label covered up with a non removable sticker on most of them and we can't see the address or tracking number to deliver to our customers. When I started sending them back is when the driver started dropping them in the mail stream. I've talked to everyone I can and no one has done anything. Our driver comes out of the Albany Ga plant.

Today, June 15th is 97 degrees without the heat index and on a rural route. My driver goes above and beyond for us and we appreciate him. BUT, why no fan in his truck? Totally unacceptable.
