The people who run this florist shop have been family members to me since we joined the church back in 1976. I can not tell you how many times I have had to order flowers or had flowers sent to me. I want to express my love for the Most Beautiful Casket Blanket I have ever seen for my Mom this past weekend. I have had many people come up to me and ask me where I got them. I am always proud to say my family friends at The Flower Basket!

I wanted to send condolences to a life long friend who just lost their mother after a month long hospice watch. The bouquet that was delivered was 'Beyond Beautiful' in their own words. Thank you so much for helping me bring something bright into their world during their darkest of times. I can't express it enough how much they loved the flowers.

I couldn't be happier. I called from Texas to have some flowers delivered for my wife's birthday. I told the young lady that I was at her mercy. I gave her my wife's favorite color and told her that she likes Spring flowers. They delivered her flowers the next day, on her birthday, and it was beautiful.The customer service was exemplary. The arrangement was so much better than the canned FTD choices.And my wife was happy. Happy wife, happy life.

Since the owner wants to delete my review…you CANT delete several complaints to the BBB and I will continue posting for as long as you keep deleting.If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and has the ugliest attitude possible. She needs an attitude readjustment and a lesson or two on what true customer service is. Not to mention her idea of a “comparable plant” (second picture) for what was supposed to be a $90 BOSTON FERN. Several of my family members also had issues, and one was told that they are not driving back out to the funeral home again because they already delivered a plant there. PATHETIC. Never ever again will they get business from me. Oh, and don’t believe whatever lie they put as a reply on this post to cover their a**.

I am in Florida, and I called in my order, to be delivered to Leesburg, Ga. Not only did they deliver the same day, but my Stepmother said that the flowers were absolutely beautiful. i highly recommend this florist. Thank you Flower Basket, for bringing joy to people's door.BJ Cook
