Worst experience ever so far in picking up my prescription. Nothing will ever be ready no matter when it was sent it. Attitude issues with the ones behind the phone. Don’t know if they have specific manger for this section. But the last thing we need is mixed up medications and attitude problems from personable working there. Prescriptions sent in Days and days in advance are also not ready citing reasons only God can comprehend. We need another pharmacy

Doctor sent in prescriptions a little before noon, we left the doctor's office a little after. We went straight to Publix. The lady told us that it would be an hour. So we grocery shopped for an hour. Went back. It's going to be another hour. We went in Hobby Lobby, Petsmart, GameSpot, Target. Went back 15 after 2, over an hour later. Guess what? It's going to be another 30-45 minutes. ARE YOU SERIOUS???Maybe, just maybe, if they stopped talking about what all they did over the weekend and actually counted pills, perhaps my boyfriend wouldn't be so uncomfortable with a back issue, sitting in the truck, waiting, for his meds. We don't live in Albany. We can't just shoot home then back, so we are stuck here until they can do their damn job.Trust me when I say NEVER AGAIN.

Y'all snapped on that chicken wrap. I just want to say 10/10 on the chicken wrap. It was recommended to me to try the chicken wrap. I got the grilled chicken wrap first. It was delicious. I went back 2 hours later to grab my medicine, and decided to get the crispy chicken wrap, oh man! It was even better the second time around. Shout out to staff in the Deli, I appreciate you all.

We order our groceries delivered, because we don't have a working vehicle. They are shopped for and delivered by Instacart. I've only ever had an issue with one shopper, who got upset because he had to wait for my subs. Michael, diamond shopper, cancelled my order without explanation and disappeared. Never mind...the lovely lady who replaced him was WORTH waiting for!! The subs are the best!! The chicken tender subs are out of this world!! Out of the dozens of times we've ordered, we had a problem one time close to closing, and talked to Ken, the deli manager the next day. She remade both subs at our convenience and I'd give her six stars if I could!!! She did MORE than Instacart offered to do.

This store needs to secretly review the way customers are treated in the bakery and deli departments. Sometimes they'll walk all around and leave you to stand there.. When someone of their kind show up, they rush over. Even though you are the only person who has been standing there, they go directly to the person who just walked up, if it so suits them.

Been to the pharmacy here multiple times and prescriptions are never ready, even when called in the day before. It’s always a wait for them, with multiple people waiting for their prescriptions. Unless hard pressed I’d find a different pharmacy unless you enjoy waiting 30-60 minutes.

My complaint is with how some of the young ladies in pharmacy with their negative sounding tone on the phone and in person. They do not greet you nor say thank you. And do not ask them a questions, they act as though you have committed a sin. If they do not want to be there, then quit.

I love shopping at Publix. The store is ALWAYS clean and they have the freshest fruit. The fruit can be expensive at times, but price isn't always a factor.
