AMAZING SERVICE!!! from Mr. Ronnie in lighting and electrica! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time with me and had patience with my young daughter. I will ALWAYS look for him when needing help at Lowe's. This man deserves a raise!!!!

Worst Lowe's to visit during a pandemic. All Lowe's stores are supposed to be enforcing a mask mandate, and here there is no signage or employees enforcing this. I felt very unsafe with all the redneck anti-maskers around me. I got out of there ASAP. Employees are ghetto too, and don't even know how to wear their mask over their nose.

With social distancing being a prime concern right now, I decided to order online and pick up at the Albany Lowes. I was told through an online chat that I could show up at customer service, show my license and order number, and pick up my package. Few people were in the store, and four people were behind the customer service counter when I arrived. The lady who waited on me said I would have to wait until she finished with another order. The phone kept ringing (and ringing, and...) and she would answer it instead of waiting on the humans standing in front of her. She was rude and short every time she addressed me (I hadn't said a word, I was just standing there). In the time it took to finally pick up my order, I could have come to the store, picked out my items and checked myself out several times. I will not be using their pickup service again and will be heading over to Home Depot instead.

It is jut unreal at the difference between Lowe's of Albany and Lowe of Tifton. Albany you can't find anyone to help you and Tifton everywhere you turn they are asking if they can help you. 2 Lowe's employees walk by seeing me and my husband trying to put 2 fence panels on a cart and just walk on like we weren't there...won't be shopping there anymore...there is absolutely no customer service left in Albany.

Worst store in Albany, Ga. They do not have enough help and the few that are working must be hiding because you sure can't find them. I left the store for the second time recently and went across the street to Home Depot where I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

We just purchased land in Albany and I went to Lowe's for some items I needed. I was very impressed by the staff being not only friendly but helpful in the store as well as supplying us with information about the local area.

At Lowe's today to buy 20, 50 pound bags of cement. While loading the heavy bags onto the truck, notice two elderly men struggling to load wood and supplies onto their truck. A Lowe's "employee" watched as we all tried to load the heavy material, mumbled something to the elderly men and walked back inside. I went to the store door and ask if we could possibly get some help to load and cashier informed me that "he" was out there and just walked back into store. As I walked back out to finish loading, one of the elderly men told me that the "employee" told him that he was suppose to help us but it looked like we had it....and walked back into store?! Last month, was at Home Depot and bought 20 bags of cement, didn't even have to ask for help loading. Wonderful help AND cheaper prices! Husband wanted to go to Lowe's today but said this would be his last visit! Customer service Really makes a big difference! Employ SORRY help and loose business!!

BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERS FROM LOWES. They tell you an item is in stock and in the local store when you order. I ordered two items and was told both were in stock. They later refunded money for one item on my charge card, but never sent an email says the item was no longer available. It was a total waste of my time and money since time is money to figure out what happened when I got the phone call my order was in the store, and when I arrived to pick up BOTH ITEMS. Lowe's customer service IMHO is defective. I am glad I did not have the items delivered directly to me, sign for a box, and then discovery an item was missing. Of course, I needed both items as a package deal to do the job intended. I felt like Lowes abused me, and basically and figuratively sold me a car without a steering wheel.

This is a MAN's store. Nothing like coming here to get all of your MANLY supplies such as a hammer, an axe, power drills, shovels, a chainsaw, etc for blue collar workers like myself. This store is always well organized. I'm not much of a craftsman, but every now and then I will find my way to this store to gather items that I need to complete or begin a hands-on project. The employees are knowledgeable in their respective departments concerning the products that they sell along with their location. On many occasions I've have employees go out of their way with finding a solution to whatever dilemma that I may be having. Customer service is top notch. The store is large like most Home Improvement Warehouses but it is easy to navigate and find things. Clean, well-stocked, and organized is how I like it and this particular location seems to keep it this way.

I seem to always bounce back and forth between liking Home Depot or Lowes better. Usually, I like Home Depot better but if you want something with a little more design to it, then Lowes can be better. I do feel like the helpers at Lowes are less knowledgable then HD.

I don't know if it's the Albany location or just the poor quality that is the Lowe's workforce, but I feel like the workers here are just collecting paychecks. About 10 years back, you could walk in and a floor worker would be glad to assist you, but now it's like pulling teeth for help. Lowe's employees took pride in their jobs about a decade ago. Now there are people there will help, but not too many that know much about customer service. Shame.

Why is it that when I go out of town all the hardware stores are cleaner than the ones in Miami! This Lowes was super organized, amazingly clean and wait, it gets better, the staff was actually helpful. I was actually headed to the home depot that wasn't far from this location to get some light painting supplies, like a chain, some steel wool and glow sticks when I stumbled upon this place. The staff was extremely educated about their sections, very friendly and polite. I wish the Miami Lowes were like this. Everyone needs a hardware store like this one!
