Package was to be delivered on 12/02/2021 never arrived! Then on 12/07/2021 I got the text that it was delivered on 12/02/2021. I called and they said it was a system error! FedEx has lost the package and won’t take responsibility

Dissatisfied, l had a package to be delivered to my address but was returned to the sender. I called for several days not only to learn the package was returned but FedEx stated the package had no address. Also, I went to the ground location and couldn't park in the handicapped parking area because it was blocked by an employee with a red Dodge Charger. This location has a gate where you call in through a speaker, it was hot standing there waiting for someone to answer to tell me the package was delivered to my home only to find out the package had been returned to the sender. Poor service from FedEx!

They cant read, Ive had problems with them delivering packages. They only read the number not the whole address. I hate fedex.

DISASTROUS “SERVICE”We are a business located in a rural area. We have a large sign at the street and our address is on the mailbox-Fedex has left our packages at several different residences (sometimes MILES away) but not at our office. To make things worse, you cannot speak to anyone at the local terminal to get this corrected-only their “customer service” line, which does no good. All they do is give you lies and false promises (too many to list).THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER!If you have an option, choose UPS-friendly drivers who know their route and CARE about their customers. Never had an issue with their service.***FED UP WITH FEDEX***

I been waiting on a Package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and the driver who had the package lied each time on why he couldn't deliver it. The first 3 days they lied because of weather and just today they lied saying that no one was home and we was home all day with the Front door open and you see thru my screen door inside my house. It seems like I'm going to have to drive to Albany to pick my package up.

My dad has been waiting on medicine shipped through Fed ex for over a week. This is medication that is life or death and Fed ex keeps saying that they have tried to deliver it, but they haven't. Called 800 number and talked with someone about it, she told me I could drive 40 min (one way) and pick up my package that was resent overnight 3 days ago. Wish I could contact local Fed ex center to talk with someone nearby about this package.

My package is in town i stay down the road from fedex. It was put on a truck at 9:30 this morning and I still have not recieved my package. Just having a hard time figuring out why it is taking so long. My first time using them and my experience is horrible
