I am a disabled veteran. The prices are so high for dental work with insurance, I cannot afford at the moment. In the interim, I'm walking around with a missing front tooth. It's embarrassing because I broke y previous partial. But the staff is respectful.

I normally get free to clean up my teeth 2 times a year with my insurance. I never had to pay for my cleaning teeth until I came here. They charge me $64 dollars more for the same work. They just try to make more money from you. Be careful.

Ok. I started my dental journey in Ashland Kentucky. I was told I can go to any Aspen to do what work I needed done done. I travel with my Husband. With that we ended up in Florida where I started my Motto work to straightened my teeth so I can get a couple of implants. We had to move to Georgia before the work was completed on my teeth. I made an Aspen dental in a different place, had trouble there, that'll be my next review. I explained on the phone to the Lady what I needed done. Ok, so she gave me an appt to see the dentist, a whole month away, i get there waiting a few minutes, got called back to do an ex ray. I was told the Dentist would not see me and I need to go back to Florida where I started and have that Dentist finish the job.Very rude. I waisted time and gasoline to be told that when somebody could of said something before I had to drive 45 mins there 45 mins and mins back home.

My first visit went well and Dr. Barron seemed like someone I could trust to help me with my teeth. I had two broken teeth at that time. Xrays were taken and we discussed pulling the two broken teeth. Unfortunately things went downhill from there. I never had a cleaning, nobody ever discussed a treatment plan with me, and nothing was done about my broken teeth. I was given a referral for two very expensive root canals and told that once those were done I needed to come back for crowns. After my insurance, I wound up paying more than $1000 for the first root canal and could not afford to proceed with the second one. Two weeks after the root canal (when I should have heard from Aspen about getting a crown) I contacted them because the tooth I had the root canal on broke (as well as the other recommended for a root canal). I had to call several times to finally get an appointment for Dr. Barron just to look at the broken teeth (and take more xrays). At that point he flat out refused to do a crown until I have some extensive gum cleaning (likely also painful and expensive). My gums are the least of my concern. I now have four broken teeth, one of which needs a crown, and an inability to enjoy any meal that I have to chew. This is the worst dentist's office I have ever been to!!

Advice for the front desk receptionist, if you’re miserable, quit. No one needs your attitude, dirty looks and picking at your nails, while someone aka a client is having a conversation with you. Not only did I witness an employee walk out and expressing why she is walking out in a waiting room of patients at 730 am.I called thee times last week or just eb ignored and not called back and quickly forwarded to a voicemail repeatedly to given false information.The only reason my call was returned was because I called the 800 number and they sent a message to the officeThen she gave me some random amount for a quote I had in hand. And I can go on.When I finally walked I today. At 730. I assure you the lady up front with biggest attitude ever choose to complain about her life and weekend and beyond instead of checking patients in.When I was given again the wrong information. And came back in, to clarify, I was treated so poorly. When someone finally called me back. They just threw numbers out there, and tried to quickly get rid of me.Then they revised what was said and what I should do with my referral which they tried to send me to someone out of network and the consult fee alone was $100s of dollars.This clinic to add is a mess, there was vials on the ground in my exam room.Nothing looks to be cleaned or taken care of in yearsMind you I have been coming here for 5 years.My whole family. And I will never go back.I ended up at Mann dental, not only did they charge me a realistic fee, they cleared up what work I needed and saved me thousands of dollars. They did proper X-rays and consulted me properly.

Hello ,My experience was not a great one. I may have triggered my hygienist by arriving late. However they still accepted my tardiness. Once I entered the room I was never greeted with a “hello” or “good morning “ , instead I received a “ you’re late so we will rush through this cleaning “. In pass experience I have been asked “ do I have sensitive teeth “ ( which I do ) , my hygienist never asked the question so I was struggling. My hygienist was poking the explorer tool in some deep places which was I uncomfortable, I tried raising my hand , but that didn’t work. My visit to 10 mins max. I felt rushed. Not only that , I was not asked if I had any questions. I work in healthcare and I fully understand each patient is different. Maybe she was having a bad day.On the positive side ,My front desk receptionist KeKe is the best !!!

They lost my appointment.. Booked over the phone, showed confirmation email "you're in the books!", but office said I wasn't in the books when i showed up.Hate dealing with the automated system. It needs to be much easier/faster get straight to the branch.Keep getting texts to confirm my appointment, but the email link doesnt work and I never got a callback after leaving multiple phone messages. By far, the worst dental provider I've ever been to.

I hope I'm not speaking too soon, but I love everything about this office. Dr Barron is so careful not to cause you pain.... trust me I am terrified of? #needles ?????? most compassionate, courteous, & friendliest staff... Dana is outstanding ?

They consistently dont answer the phone, lose appointments, and they dont return my calls. They need a new team of admin staff and/or new systems because theirs SUCK.
