I had an absolutely terrible experience with the store with the store manager. He is the most unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, aggressive and disrespectful person I have ever interacted with. Please stay away from this store!!!

Awful wait time, like 10 customer service desks but only 3 workers, 2 of which stayed with the same customer for over 1 hour. I wish I could sue to get the two hours of my life I wasted here.

My bill went from $55 to $85 and this is with seniors govt discount. Talking with customer service to find out why they said they would take care of it as they said my bill went to $277 on my credit card. Don’t talk too customer service on phone, all they do is yes in broken English.

This is the worse location. There seems to be an outage in the area, so I called my local store to get the customer service number. Once dialed I followed all prompts for customer service and tech support. Chris picked up at the Acworth , GA location and immediately hung up the phone. So I called back and the female that answered said we don’t have that number and hung up. The worse internet service and the worse customer service. I can’t wait for artificial technology to take over their jobs. They don’t deserve it.

I ordered the internet from Comcast. they said with the APC that it covered the first 2years. I got all of the equipment March 28. I sent them $50I didn't y they were putting it in a old account so I had no money in my account so I don't have the internet and I lost $50. Can someone help me, please
