DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES HERE! They have lost 3 packages here. When you hand it over to them. Make sure they give you a shipping reciept because they will STEAL your packages. This happens all 3 times with an old man that works there. They have cost me lost of income because of their thievery. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. if you do go here. Make sure you get your shipping slip!

One of the worst post offices around. Poor customer service and terrible mail delivery. Fails to accept responsibility for their mistakes and offers no solutions.

Me and my partner just applied for passports here and it was very pleasant. The clerk, Dawn, was absolutely lovely and helpful. We showed up with everything we needed and she was very helpful with the process. You can get your passport photo here, for a small fee.

I've been writing checks to a post office box for 15 years, no problem. All of a sudden in the last 10 months they refused to deliver 4 of my checks to this box. I have complained twice and they always have same excuse. The excuseis either I'm wrong or the person that owns the post office box is wrong never them. If the person that owns the box is paying his fees and I'm putting proper postage on the check I'm sending they should put it in the box ,no excuses

Mail delivery is no longer available to our Apt complex so we have to walk In to this office and request our mail at the desk. Business hours are not an option for me, so I paid a premium amount to have my mail forwarded to a P.O. Box.They are not forwarding the mail, they just keep it behind the desk. They also will not deliver a package to my house, and they will not do their job and forward it to my P.O. box.MY MAIL IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE By this office

This has happened several times, where the tracking information will say that the package was delivered on my porch. But nothing there, then it magically appears days later. How does this happen so frequently???

Horrible service long wait on the phone . Packages not making it to the delivery address and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone unless you have an hour of your time to hold. Time to get an account with another deliver service better to pay more for conformed delivery service.

You need to hire more people or fire the ones you have, my package was at your post office on Dec 3rd then was shipped back to Atlanta left Atlanta and then sent back again now its the 7th and nothing, its not even showing its back in Acworth how can this post office continually screw up without anyone trying to correct the problem.

The manager of this location is consistently rude and un-accommodating . I have never seen a manager of anything consistently display such callous disregard for those whose business she hopes to keep. She closes early, barks at people for not knowing which slips to fill out, and overall acts like she is the only one living through the difficulties this pandemic brings. Disappointed in the level of service and experience for both myself and others.
