DO NOT HAVE THIS LOCATION PICKUP PACKAGES FROM YOUR HOME!Just had the lovely experience of having an international shipment be picked up from my home. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number stating they picked it up. A week goes by and my package isn't delivered.I track the package and it reads like it never left my house.... But I have a confirmation. I call and they say they'll investigate. Came back said even if they, the USPS, emailed me the confirmation...... If I can't provide video on the ring app they can't help me. I'm blown away! So your carrier sent the confirmation that they picked this up and now they are saying that it's automatically sent and I'm just out of luck.... Not when they scan for pickup? That's insane. Because I don't have the ring app then my neighbor stole the my package. That is literally what the investigator told me.So what exactly did you do before the ring app? Why did YOU send me the confirmation?My neighbors did not steal my package. This is the most disgusting thing that ever happened with me and the post office. I'll be shipping via FedEx from here on out. So distasteful. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could I would give 0 starts. It’s very dirty there - they obviously didn’t clean the floor for years. Workers don’t even greet you back when you say hi. They would not give you piece of tape for your box, they want you to buy whole thing. Unless you are sending box using priority service - then they will give you this piece of tape for free. If you send just regularly- in my case it was just regular store return they won’t give you one. UNBELIEVABLE! I would pay those $5 for that tape with no problem if that lady didn’t give me attitude, acted professionally or at least said hello back to me. Hope her life gets better because you definitely live miserable life if you treat people like that. And also I was there with my toddler and I’m expecting too. Can you imagine that kind of situation in civilised world? The service is TERRIBLE.

All systems down. Unable to create label from QR code and they would not stay open later to fulfill those affected by their network issues. This has cost me time and money. Terrible customer service.

I had to pick up a package that required signature last month. The physical location is small & old, but it’s fine and the staff was amicable. Can we get a new mail man on the Oak Grove Route?? You know, one that actually picks up and delivers mail???

Being the first time shipping packages for me I unknowingly printed out incorrect packing information. The lady informed me very politely and I attempted to print out the correct ones. Then I got help from Dale. Well he didn't attempt to help me at all. Instead all I got was short very demeaning answers to my questions showing an attitude towards my inability to get these packages correct. Even after I told him this was my first time shipping out packages like this I didn't get any sort of help or just a basic walk through of how the labels need to be made. It is unacceptable to receive this sort of customer service. I did nothing to provoke this behavior.

Excellent professional, and friendly service. I am sooooo glad this is my neighborhood office. I have traveled the country and of all my stops at post offices, this one always takes the cake.

Need a third staff here. They got 3 computers and only 2 staff available here. Lines can get very long. Prepare to wait half an hour when the line goes to the door. Zero ventilation, small place to even have a line.

Extremely frustrating. Saying “I don’t know where your package is but it’s not here” is a terrible answer when my package says it was taken here. Please offer any other kind of solution besides saying that.

Friendly workers who won't mess up where your packages are going! Clean facility and never too crowded despite the small size of the store. I've never had any issues with my packages so I'm happy with my home USPS store!
