My Covid test was supposed to be delivered to the processor today by noon and they have no idea where it is. When I called the UPS store where I dropped off both my and my son's tests (my son's arrived at the place, on time) they told me...we are just a retail store, not affiliated with UPS. Then why is UPS on the name of your store? Then I called UPS for them to say..."well, it is somewhere in transit. " and then "we can't do anything about it." I never thought I would see the day I would say that the United States Post Office is probably more reliable than UPS! I will NEVER ship a package with them again!!! Most worthless customer service ever! Worse customer service than XFinity!

Went in to ship a return package for an online order. Wesley assisted me. He quoted me misinformation and failed to explain anything. He told me my package would get there "whenever" if I went with basic shipping, but that if I paid $45 it would arrive by the following Tuesday. I haven't shipped anything in sometime and did not know the rates and process. After I got home and did my research, I saw other options online and what the correct shipping rates should have been. I wish I had done my research ahead of time. Will not be using this UPS store again.

Had a prepaid label for a jewelry return. The paper work included specified to place into UPS box and the postage would cover that box. The rep at the store refused the paper work and forced me to pay for the box in order to ship my return back. Unprofessional.

I'm not sure which location the driver came from, but I love your driver's they are so nice. I just had one about to leave and he saw me come out. He came back and physically picked up one end of my package and helped me carry it into my garage. Thank you guys for going the extra mile.

I had to wait 15 minutes for their printing tech to arrive to print my labels and another 10 minutes for the tech to get around to printing my labels. Turns out the printer didn't work with my labels. So I waited for nothing.

Staff and service is amazing! Sometimes some staff can be a little nosey asking about what's inside packages (which I find kind of rude), but overall they're great people and the best in the area. Keep up the good work! P.S.--- In reply to my response, I understand that, but I think I failed to explain the context of the situation. After receiving a package that I've been anticipating, when it's handed to me I'm asked what it is purely out of curiosity. No, It doesn't happen all the time, it only happens when I'm picking up, and it is only asked by certain employees.

I want to give a big thank you to David, Tom and the entire staff at the UPS Store on Cobb Parkway. I frequent this location multiple times a month as I run an online store and need to ship quite often. They are always friendly and helpful. Recently I found myself in a jam as I sold some items to a company and they re used their tracking numbers. The contents of my packages were quite valuable. David did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure I was informed of every option I had, and we took every step possible to make it right. After a week or so of me constantly checking in, and asking David every question I could think of, we finally were able to locate my packages. They are now out for delivery to my home this morning, after a long and troubling back and forth. Without David and the staff at the UPS store, I’d not only be out my items but also the payment that was agreed upon. I couldn’t be more grateful for his hard work and patience in my situation. I called almost daily for close to two weeks. He never seemed annoyed. He never hesitated to help. He seemed genuinely concerned. In the end we got a resolution. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge this because the negative always gets acknowledged. It’s nice to have some positive for once. Again thank you David! You’re a life saver!
