super nice lady, but this was the ugliest cake I have ever gotten from here.... The cake itself is crooked and the letters didn't fit on the cake and ended up on the plate. They also forgot a letter on the words, mind you this was there design cake that I had ordered

I had to transfer my prescriptions over to another pharmacy, due to the CS I received on Wednesday from Sydney and the other pharmacist that was there (I didn’t get her name.) usually, Publix is great with CS but did y’all forget to train the pharmacy? Sydney, girl, sorry that you were having a bad day but it wasn’t my fault.

Overall a great store but pharmacy is horrible. Had prescription sent here came Makida or however you spell it said come back in an hour. Came back after an hour she said they didnt have the ingredients so she canceled my prescription. Thats dumb as fuck she could've just sent it to the walgreens across the street. What if it was life or death medication? 10/10 go somewhere else unless you're buying groceries

Normally Publix is number 1 with customer service but I just have to say the other day I couldn’t believe how I was treated . My son needed these ear drops after having tubes put in well these ear drops were very expensive so I was trying to use good RX to get it cheaper . Well I go the pharmacy and JOSH helped me well he couldn’t figure out how to get the good RX to work and keep in mind there were 4 people back there with him and not 1 helped him … there was 1 person behind me waiting to be helped and instead ofJOSH trying to help me get my medicine for my son he informed me that he has other customers and that he needs to tend to them and that he might be able to help me after … I’m sorry “ might “ . That is the rudest thing I have ever heard because 1st of all I’m a customer and 2nd I needed this medicine and you basically in other words are saying forget you that you don’t matter because I have other people I need to help when one of the four people behind the counter could have helped him with other customers instead of just standing around talking . I ended up not getting the medicine and got it called in to another pharmacy who actually knows how to treat their customers. Do better Publix and make sure people like JOSH know how to treat customers .

A much needed prescription was called in to Publix pharmacy on Baker Rd Acworth by my Dr at 3PM on Oct 16th. This prescription is prepackaged and not even processed by pharmacy until 5:45 PM Oct 17th. This is a major oversight. I will NOT use this pharmacy again. Been going there 11 years

Went there today at 7:00 PM. Deli area was a cluster. They close at 10:00 but no 8 piece fried chicken at 7:00???? Had to stand in line for 12 minutes to find this out. If I wanted this kind of service I would have gone to Walmart or Kroger. 3 registers open with people lined up down the aisles?? Come on guys, you are better than this.

Really good experience in this pharmacy, that's the place where I pickup sometimes the medicine, they has a really good customer service, sometimes by phonecall it's hard to talking directly with them (you have to call in a strategic hours) but the rest of all they are effective with their service. You have to being really sure when you gonna pick your medicines by insurance bc sometimes you have to pay a fee, but that's not a big problem when the good customer service. Also they close at 9pm I consider that an accessible schedule. 100% recommend ?

Awful customer service. I called and was put on hold for 17 minutes and then transferred to the DELI??? They transferred me back and the head pharmacist was extremely rude to me over the phone for no reason. I spoke with another lady earlier that morning who said my prescription would be ready by 3pm. At 6pm I called and it still was not. Earlier they told me one medication wouldn’t be here till Monday and the other they’d fill by 3. I got there and the medication they said they didn’t have was given to me and I was told they don’t even think they can get my other one that I was told would be filled by 3pm. Why wasn’t this mentioned over the phone the two times I called? I’ve never experienced a Dr being so rude to me in my entire life. They have no voicemail set up and rarely answer the phone so good luck calling. I will never send prescriptions to Publix again. Steer clear of this location.

I was attended by K Morris at Publix pharmacy in Acworth ( my preferred pharmacy) and this new crew of girls have a bad service customer at all. The past crew are awesome! They just ask me to confirm every single information for pickup my son’s medicine and at the end they just ask me to have my DL on hands ( after rescheduling 2 times the pick up time ). The customer after me pick up the same medicine and they just not asked him nothing so RACIST team!!!!

I stop by this Publix several times a week. Their Bakery is awesome. We always get the French or Cuban bread. It's usually fresh out of the oven and my husband loves it. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I find the prices in Publix higher always than Kroger. That's why I mainly buy rest of my groceries from other stores. But if we just want fresh bread or cakes. that's the place to go to.

I was going to recommend the Boars Head Grab and Go Pit Craft Turkey Salad I was buying weekly at Publix. They are delicious and popular.
