I just had my oil changed today by Kayla! I did not have to wait for hours or book an appointment. I was greeted kindly with a smile and was helped right away. I will be coming back and I recommend everyone to come visit Kayla and her team!

I went to Mavis in Acworth GA and asked the technician how much would it cost to replace a headlight. The technician got back to me in a few minutes and stated that there will be no charge. Going forward they will get my business with all my vehicles. She was very friendly and professional. Thanks again for the great service.

So appreciate this store. We're here from Ohio working with Samaritan's Purse for 5 weeks and got a screw in our tire right before this store closed but Andrew quickly patched our tire. So thankful!

Stoped by to get tires checked for air pressure. Mary was extremely helpful and even demonstrated how I could do this in the future. Unfortunately, I became dizzy doing the last tire and suffered a fall. She immediately helped me off the pavement, gave me food and even took my blood pressure to make sure I was good to drive home. What a wonderfully helpful person. Will always use this company for any tire and battery needs in the future.

Scheduled an appt for 9 am for a tire rotation. Checked-in, verified they would call when finished (estimated 1 hour) since we were leaving the vehicle. After 2 hours, called the store to check status. Employee advised they had called and left a voicemail just after we left to advise they couldn't perform the service. There was no evidence of a missed call or voicemail on my phone. We returned to pickup the vehicle and were met with addl claims of the phone call and a voicemail even suggesting my phone was the problem. While the calls & messages didn't connect, there was no apology for the experience. Both at checkin and out, employees were less than welcoming. We left and went to Discount Tire and had a very pleasant experience with smiles and kindness along with good service and a text to my phone before we left the parking lot.

The ladies working at the front desk and in the shop were amazing! They helped me so much. The Mavis across the way wanted to charge me for a warrantied tire. This Mavis patched it and were honest. Thanks so much!!

My experience at this Mavis location was exceptional. I ran over a screw on the way through town while traveling. Kayla went above and beyond and got me in for a repair right away which kept me from having to get a hotel.

To whom it may concern,In two weeks Mavis lets me down on two locations. I went to the first location at 3719 Kemp Ridge Rd NW, Acworth, GA 30101 to get four new tires on my wife's car. Along with the tire change came an inspection. The service done was ok but along with it they replaced my TPMS and at first told me that the light on my dash would disappear in 50 to 100 miles and it did not. I returned to the location and was asked by the manager to go to another mavis location not far from them. I went to the Mavis at 3443 Mars Hill Rd, Acworth Ga 30101 and they were courteous and reset the TPMS light on my vehicle. The first location did not even put the air caps back on my new tires. Very unprofessional. I needed some more work done on the same car after the inspection done by the first location but decided to have it done at the place that made the TPMS reset.I went to change shocks front brakes pads. I was then called by the manager and discovered that during the installation the mechanic had accidentally broken my windshield. I was offered to look for a windshield replacement at their expense. The manager suggested I drive the car home to which I refused due to the risk of committing a traffic violation. She then offered to have one of the employees drive my car home and that my windshield would be replaced on the following Monday, five days from the day the window was broken.What kind of customer satisfaction should I have in this situation? I have more reasons to be upset with the Mavis brand and will post this on social media. My experience has just not been a positive one with Mavis. I just got stared with a blank face by the manager and that was it. I made a complaint to the regional manager who gave me the impression he does not care either and even said that he was pulled over and had a crack on his windshield to which the police officer did not notice, in other words that I was making a big thing out of nothing. You pay high price for something the least you expect is proper treatment. Very disappointed!

Went to Mavis Tires and kayla Was so helpful. She helped repair my tire after discount tires made a complete mess of the whole situation. She was super helpful and I can’t recommend her enough. Trust me I’m not a big reviewer but it’s worth visiting Mavis and ask specifically for Kayla. God bless her. She was a life saver.

I drive to this location as I absolutely trust them with my vehicle! The manager is honest and really cares about her customers. The people who work here have always been courteous and respectful. I highly recommend them!!!!

Had issues with burning smell after pulling trailer. Called around different places and got bad customer service until I called this location. Alyssa made sure she answered with pride in her work. After talking her manager Kayla made sure when I came in she explained and showed me every issue spotted with my braking and shocks. Changed my locked brake caliper and brakes and rotors for a price you can’t beat at any shop. They make you feel welcomed and even helped with financial assistance for things she felt were important but I couldn’t afford at the time. Will be back for any tire or brake issues. They keep there word

Made an appointment for tires and alignment. Show up and they do not have it on schedule and I will have to wait another hour for tech to show up. Obvious front person forgot to enter appointments. They call later and say alignment tech did not come in because nothing was scheduled. I make an appointment for a couple days later. Leave my phone number when I go back. After leaving truck I come back in an hour. They said rack did not work, I asked why they did not call. She said it just happened, I reminded her that it had been there an hour on my appointed time. No apologies either time. Front office is horrible. This is shop on Barret at Dallas.

Installed 5 sensors on my Lexus and had me in and out in under 2 hours, I was able to use free wifi and scheduled appts while I waited.

Definitely coming back here for future tires. They got me in and out really fast. Super friendly and clean. Awesome service. 10/10 would recommend.
