I called asking about the iPhone 12 deal and they were very rude to me, I asked when it will be in stock again they said they had no idea which I know it’s complete bull. I had to call several times to even get them to answer and I told him I was gonna go to another phone company instead and they said that’s fine. Very unprofessional.

They doesn’t know how to be a good vendor, they treat very bad people specially chaeyenne… don’t want people to buy the products, doesn’t give solutions and don’t even look to the face to speak.. very bad

Never got service to work for 7 days. Called nothing but the run around no real answer to the problem. Lost 3 gutter jobs for it. Wanted to get a full refund and was told I could only get a refund for the device not the service ($80)which never worked. Totally unacceptable being stuck like that and paying for it. Stay away from metro.

I had been doing business here for years. Bought phones paid bills etc. The lady manager in the back had a issue with me or something for no reason and I'll never come back here. I take my business elsewhere because of her.Everyone should go to MetroPCS website and leave complaint or do a survey there about this place.
