My wife and I dropped off our W2s and other tax documents for Liberty Tax to file our 2023 federal and state tax returns. We dropped off the tax documents around 1:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. I received a call around d 2:45 pm that same day from Liberty Tax accountant that she had already completed our Federal and State tax returns and that we would be a refund from both. We returned to Liberty Tax the following Saturday and signed our tax returns. Dealing with Liberty Tax is hassel free and easy. We have used Liberty Tax for the past 9 years to do our tax returns and with the continued great service and friendly people that work at our local Liberty Tax office, we will continue to use use Liberty Tax to do our tax returns as long as they are in business and offer the tax return service. We highly recommend Liberty Tax.

My fiancé and I visited Liberty Tax as first-time homeowners looking for professional tax help. Sue answered my phone call. She was very friendly and professional. I told her in advance I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of silly questions. She informed me there was no such thing when it comes to taxes. When arriving at the location we met Keith Altobelli who was beyond pleasant to meet and work with! He was very down to earth when talking to us and made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything he was doing in great detail, which was super nice. It is easy to say we will be back for all our tax needs and we also made new friends in the neighborhood!
