Ciara was extremely helpful. She has a lot of patience and a Great personality. She helped me decide on a walker for my 94 year old mother and it was a perfect fit!

Purchased compression stockings for post vein surgery. I went there because I needed help with choosing the correct size believing the claims that I would receive professional guidance in choosing the right fit. NOT! It seems to me, what I got was an eager to make a sale person that assured me they were the right size.I had the surgery and the stocking fit was two sizes too small. They're supposed to be very tight but not so small and tight that they roll down like a rubber band that gets tighter with each turn. What would be the point of wearing them? It cost me over $100 for something that is way too small.

I don’t know if they are racist or just have nasty attitudes but the people up here are horrible.

I really want to give this cute, downtown pharmacy five stars but I just can’t. The pharmacy is the absolute worst at communication. They won’t order a medicine that needs to be shipped until the day that it is due to be picked up. Which makes absolutely no sense because at that point you’re gonna be a week behind and your pet really needs their medicine. Also, they won’t tell you that a prescription needs to be refilled by the veterinarian until you reach out to them to see if said medication has been ordered. Leaving you to call the vet and hope they get back to them the same day to get the medication refilled. It would just be nice if they acted like they cared about who they’re preparing this medication for

We’ve been using Lacey for 3 years after moving to the area and have been so pleased with how welcoming and helpful they have been. I recently needed compression socks and Gayle Freeland in Home Medical Equipment was so patient and helpful in helping me decide what I needed but also helped with getting insurance coverage for them. Fantastic customer service and support!

Had to get my fix, and they are the only one's that carry what I need for a reasonable price. (Somethings insurance refuses to cover)..

Absolutely, WORST PHAMARCY! We have had medicine that did not add up like we would be short pills. 1st time this happened they admitted it was their fault and made it right. Then 3 months later it happens again and now they are saying it's all accounted for on their end because 3 people signed off on it. I personally think they are (Ben especially) embarrassed they keep messing up so they do not want this on them AGAIN. They didn't even check cameras or really take the time to look into the situation. For months I've had to count all of our meds we get filled here! Also, they've messed up on my disabled 11 yr old son's Zonegran compound medicine many of times which could have really harmed him! WORST PHARMACY BY FAR!!! STAY AWAY from this place! We were patients for many years, because it was convenient to our home, & our doctors office is next door. I've spent thousands of $ here. I bought my son a wheelchair & I paid cash for it like no insurance involved. LACEY'S just lost our business. Ben the pharmacist doesn't care about his patients. He was argumentative with me, & my spouse on the phone. I told him that the medications that are missing pills sat up at their pharmacy filled for almost a week (anyone could have gotten into the meds during that time) & he said "well why didn't you come get them as soon as they were filled" I then explained that we never got a call, nor did we get a text or ANYTHING letting us know that they were ready to be picked up, he didn't care. We never get messages about our meds being ready their texting service is a hit or miss & even their employees have complained about how it is a really crappy notification system. I literally just drove there randomly to see if the meds were ready, because we hadn't heard ANYTHING in almost a week. The meds were called in mid last week 6/4/24 so I took a chance and drove up there today Mon 6/10/24 to see if the meds were ready and come to find out they had been filled for DAYS, but no one let us know. I wish I would have made them count all the medicines again when I picked them up. One of the bottles the top was not even closed all the way which was the one missing 9 pills. This is absolutely ridiculous that 9 pills are missing AGAIN (9 were missing last time) and then 1 pill is missing from a different medicine and another pill was broken in half, which on the bottle it says do not crush, chew or break. I just do not trust this pharmacy anymore. To be treated like this is so sad!!! I will say Eric is nice and has always been helpful, but Ben I think it's time for him to retire. Eric would have done the right thing, and that is who we originally spoke to, but then Ben had to call us back. Eric would have checked the cameras and took the time to investigate the situation better. Last time they really took their time and checked everything and found their mistake and called us the next day to apologize and to make it right. This time we called and within 30 mins we got a call back and Ben Flanagan was sooooo matter of fact that everything was accounted for on his end lol in 30 mins he was able to check all the cameras from 6/4/24-6/10/24 and he was able to do a thorough check that quick, I don't see how!!!! I've never had these issues at Kroger or other pharmacies so I'm taking all my business elsewhere. Also, the fact that ALL the completed filled medicines are right up front in little bags so close to everyone....that blows my mind. Other pharmacies have certain filled medicines in a safe, and they do not have any medication that close to the register and customers. Avoid LACEY'S at all cost! Sad part is Patty, Eric, Lori and a few other employees are wonderful and they deserve to work for a better company than this!Even the Marietta location is awful! They are the ones who messed up my son's compound medicine which is a hazardous drug.
Lacey Drugs is not ran properly, and now I'm starting to think how many other times they

Parking is inconvenient, and you have to take an elevator to the second floor.

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone, tried over and over to get my prescriptions filled yet they keep only having part of them filled. If you call they do not answer. I am not sure what else to do aside from have the doctor send stuff somewhere else.

I had recently found myself in a predicament. I needed a prescription that I could not find at my regular pharmacy. As I began to call around looking for the specific dose of the medication I needed, I noticed that a number of pharmacies weren't even giving me the time of day to check the availability of the medicine. I had spent the majority of my weekend on the phone with larger chain pharmacies with nothing to show for it. I called this location and the lady on the phone was so polite. She checked and they had the dose with the exact quantity I needed. They got my prescription transfered and filled. The entire process with them from phone call to the meds in my possession took less than 4 hours. Moral of my story: don't overlook this pharmacy because it isn't on every street corner. They are fast and efficient, and more importantly- they care!
Looks like I have a new pharmacy.

Can drop off your script and wait for filling, not a long wait. Can't use coupons or apps like good Rx, so can be expensive. Only reason they don't get 5 stars.?
