I currently use 3 pharmacies that I'm very happy with, however they didn't carry a specific medicine that I needed right away. After battling with the numerous voices of AI, I finally was able to talk to a real person at this Kroger. She was professional and friendly, plus she found the med I needed and offered to do the footwork to have my prescription order transferred. She then informed me when I could pick it up. Thank you.

Really grateful for all of the very kind folks who work here.
Every time I visit they help me bring the cost of my meds down with a discount card without me even having to ask.
Today they also got an antibiotic ready for me earlier than was scheduled on the app so I could start treatment asap.
I really appreciate all their help.

Very disappointed to experience this lack of care from staff in our community. I arrived to pick up some important medications at the exact time of closing after even calling in advance to give them a heads up as I was rushing from work and though they were still there they absolutely refused to help me.On the phone… “We won’t help you if you’re so much as a few seconds late.”We will be changing pharmacies.

I sympathize with pharmacists at grocery stores. It must be a tough job. That's why I'm giving this pharmacy four stars and some grace. We've mostly had a great experience for the past 7 years. Of course there are some cases where the pharmacist was a bit short, or impatient, or didn't quite explain why a prescription was being rejected by insurance. I think that happens a lot given today's complex health insurance situation. I think most of the time, the problem was probably on the other end with doctors not checking to see what's covered by insurance, or putting in the wrong amount, or some other trivial thing that they didn't give a second thought to.Also - two weeks ago I came in for a prescription as they were packing up for lunch. Instead of telling me to come back in an hour, they gave me my prescription. That was pretty great.

Slow and doesn’t acknowledge customers or more specifically black customers. Don’t have all day to wait for simple pills. Will just stare at you while you wait and they sit back there and talk. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this pharmacy because of tricare but there are way better pharmacies in the area

Always extremely courteous and always receive excellent custom servive. Always keeps my prescriptions in stock. Reasonable prices on refills also.

went to get a prescription filled thashoukd have t had 90 pills. instead Kroger Pharmacyvat Mars Hill Road in Acworth, GA puts only nine pills in. when I called they dont even offer to correct the mistake. instead they want me to come back in a week to get the rest of the prescription. k never had this issue at the Kroger in Dukuth, GA. not pleased at all with this Kroger in Acworth.

This pharmacy has been my pharmacy for 15+ years now. I have moved in and out of the area 3 different times and currently settled little ways away and still drive to this pharmacy for their care/knowledge and human compassion all in actions and not words!

Kroger grocery stores seem to come up as just the pharmacy. Nice store. Standard for this area. Nothing to write home about. The produce department was well stocked. Better than the one in Dallas.
