This has been my bank for YEARS and my husbands even longer! (about 20 yrs) I come in with my 2 year old to make a cash deposit. The lady at the counter acts as if she is not able to complete her job without a hand written deposit slip. I do not like turning my back on my baby in a public place, and having to fill out a pointless deposit slip was not worth my child’s safety. I explained to her that I am just trying to hurry before my baby causes a disturbance and that none of the bankers have EVER enforced a deposit slip.So I do as she asks and fill out the slip with just my name and address and $ amount, and THEN have to get back in line. She THEN brings her manager out when I didn’t even ask for one. And then he starts interrogating me about how long I’ve been a customer and if I go to different branches.I told him that this is the only branch I’ve EVER been to. He then proceeds to tell me that they need a deposit slip to assure the account is correct. Whatever my card is not going to give you the wrong info when I insert it. So now they have held up me and my child even longer when my goal was to get him out of there quickly.I don’t need a handwritten deposit slip when I’m at the ATM, so what is the difference? What if I had Parkinson’s and was unable to write? I already suffer from PTSD bc I lost my other son at White Water after turning my back for a millisecond. He was finally found 1-2 hours later, about 8 years ago. .These employees show no compassion for a mother coming in with a baby.Something told me to just go through the ATM but I do not like doing so when I have a large amount of bills bc if the machine makes a mistake, then you have to wait 2 weeks or whatever for it to be investigated! So just going in seemed like a better choice. The drive thru was empty so I suspected it was prob broken anyway.

If you don’t provide notary service of “copy certification”; why don’t you mention that in your website?? Made me wait 30 mins to tell that they don’t offer this service.

The bank tellers are always super sweet. They always greet me and ask me how my fur children are doing.I know when I drop off my elderly neighbors checks.I know it went directly into their accounts.

Third time in a week Ive driven to this bank and the ATM is out of order or wont accept cash deposits. The hours are wrong on the door. As a business account holder here, this is unacceptable. If you cant run a bank for banking purposes, just shut this one down. Obvious by the reviews here Bank of America does not care about the customers or long term clients.

The folks act as if you are bothering them by coming in. Instead of trying to be helpful they look for ways to get you to leave. Perhaps service is beneath them. That was my impression

I went inside this location today and was greeted by no one so I walked over to the teller who pointed out the notary. The service manager/notary who is supposed to check in and greet customers I presume, was busy talking to a customer that was already being assisted in an office by a personal banker. When that client was finished and left, the service manager actually followed the customer outside and stood outside the door talking for another 5-7 minutes! Meanwhile I’m standing there without so much as a hello. Finally a teller came from behind the counter and said let me go outside and get him (good for you sir). While waiting I called Truist, drove 3 minutes down the road, and was quickly taken care of. BOA your focus should be on what’s going on inside the branch, not fraternizing outside. The man was finished and left!!! I’ve been a customer nearly 30 years. Do better!

Location seems to be closed but there’s no notice on the door. The doors were locked every time I stopped by and other customers were confused as well. Please remove the hours of operation from the door and replace with temporarily closed. Customers should not have to go to a website to find this out. This is bad customer service.

Why does nobody answer the phone here? I've called MULTIPLE times and can't get anyone to ever answer. Hrmm...it would seem to me that you don't want to talk to your customers of 20+ years. When a customer calls - it's an OPPORTUNITY to do business - not ignore them. You seriously need some new management if this is the best you can do.

I came in for an auto loan, I was greeted by whom I'm guessing is the manager. He went into the back for a while and it looked like they were understaffed. He came back out and then took care of everyone who came after I did even though he knew I was next. Very unprofessional and rude.
