This was my first experience with Aspen Dental and it was extraordinary. Everyone was very professional and kind. They helped me to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the expediency of their care. All the staff that I encountered were exceptional customer service representatives including Mallory, Kennedy, Caroline, and Tori. Dr. Daniel's was professional, through and very knowledgeable. She gave me every confidence in her care. I am glad I decided to try Aspen Dental.

I had the BEST experience at Aspen Dental. They were so welcoming and friendly. They made me feel right at home and took the best care of me during my appointment, scheduling and figuring out the best plan of action. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Acworth!

I had such an amazing experience here at Aspen Dental Acworth. The front staff was very welcoming and friendly. The Dr and assistants were all great and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

This is the nicest caring dentist I have ever been to and I have been to several dentist in my lifetime. The are nice, fast and very affordable. They even work with you on payment plans so important for tooth emergencies.

Went for a cleaning and took exray and would not clean my teeth. Said I would have to have a deep gum cleaning. That my insurance would not please. They also said they needed to pull one tooth and would have to have a new partial. This would have been thousands of dollars, also not covered by insurance. I am 79 and can't afford it.

Upon arrival, there were two upset customers yelling at first I thought they were being ridiculous but now I see why. My dentist and hygienist were amazing as far as the office staff…I’m highly disappointed when I came in the price she quoted me was higher than what I originally was told. I questioned it and ASKED if this price was for what I scheduled my appointment for only and she told me “idk but this is the correct price” so I paid it only to get my receipt when I leave to notice I was charged almost $200 for a toothbrush that I did not ask for nor was I advised that I was paying $200 for when I went to return it they advised me I would have to call Oral-B to return the toothbrush that i never approved they wouldn’t even return it until I had to call corporate of aspen and corporate over the phone advise them to return the toothbrush. Insane.

What I experienced was the typical "bait and switch". I went in there and asked if I booked an exam would I get a dental cleaning "sure they said, maybe not the same day, but perhaps a week later". Though I pay for high end dental insurance (United Concordia PPO High), they told after the exam, "sure, we can clean your teeth, but you need a deep cleaning/scaling with Arrestin", that will go $1200+ over my dental insurance. Now I've burned an exam and I'm not sure if I'm even going to go back there. Are there any honest Dental Clinics here that will do cleaning and scaling without trying to get extra money out of you? I thought my clinic in Florida did outstanding cleanings every 6 months without changing me $1200 extra. I thought Aspen would be that type of clinic, but I got the "bait and switch".

The staff here is so incredible and supportive from the moment you come in. They have flexible payment options as well for people with and without insurance. Had to bring my mom in for an emergency procedure and they had availability the same day, which was really great. I will continue to visit this location for dental needs.

Dr. Paras is the best in his profession, his knowledge is extensive, very meticulous in handling any challenges, as well as the care, attention, and concern he demonstrated. Overall, everyone who works with Dr. Paras was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place!

I had broken a tooth two weeks ago and scheduled an immediate appt with Dr. Paris, Dr Daniel, and Caroline. These three people were absolutely incredible. They eased my anxiety of it happening and took amazing care of me. Not even three weeks later, I now have a brand new tooth. I am extremely impressed with this staff.

I love Aspen dental Acworth. The dentist are wonderful both of them. I wished I knew their names. They always both come and spend time with me. I also can’t leave out the lady that did my X-rays and the lady that gave me my price to everything. The lady that did my impressions was very kind. Aspen dental in Acworth you are wonderful. I am updating this again every time I call about something bothering me they are quick to get me and fix my denture and to make sure my mouth is healing right. I am very pleased with them specially both the dentist. I have been to a few and this is by far the best for me. The listen and fix the problem.

You can truly tell that Aspen Dental and their employees really do care about your dental hygiene. From the moment of the walking through the door to the moment you check out, they are compassionate and very friendly. Everything went very smoothly and I'll be sure to be back in 6 months for another cleaning! Thank you for being great!

I received excellent care at Aspen Dental, Acworth. The practitioners seem to enjoy their work and were very helpful.They were very kind in administering my exam and assessment. They advised me on a cost efficient treatment plan and provided excellent guidance on payment solutions.I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

This location (Acworth, Gerogia) failed to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy and as a result I was left in complete pain.This location accepted my appointment, well aware of the possible treatment I would need, and ironically at 12:30 (right before they closed) I was advised the were unable to provide the service I needed and proceeded to refer me to someone else. I am unsure if this is an industry run-around or if this location had a practice of being more concerned at the money than the patient. And after calling other locations for help multiple times and even the emergency line, this company has proven that customer service is not a priority. It’s completely unethical and inconsiderate of how the company treats customers because everyone points the finger. There is no accountability for my wasted time, energy nor money.
