As an honest reviewer And Combat Veteran please do buisness else where as the y have now become a nickel and dime buisness going up on prices etc!!! $65.00 delivery fee less than 5 miles!!! ridiculous!!! please folks take your buisness else where and the new chick answering the phone is a smart ass!!! Please stay away they used to do good buisness not anymore though!!

Pedro went above and beyond to accommodate me when I needed rock for my driveway that was actually filling with water after the recent hurricane. He was understaffed that day and was delivering the rock himself. I belive he actually stayed after hours to complete my order!

ZEPHYRHILLS LOCATION: I placed two orders of Crushed Limerock. My first order of 15 yards was split between two days. The first arrived same day and was perfect. The manager was very nice at delivery. The second delivery was also seamless. I knew that I was going to be placing another 30 yard order, and the delivery driver stated that the new order that was received at yard had been accidently placed on the cement millings so was probably not all going be available. I stated my concern for their loss. I placed my 30 yard order, and it was to arrive Thursday. I made the mistake of not inspecting these new loads before dropped. These loads were contaminated with concrete milling and not only the crushed limerock that I ordered. We called and were informed that it would be $300 to remove product at $75 a load. They would offer a $500 credit. However, I did not want to have to pay for removal of the product that was bad, and I still would have had a $500 loss. I stated that I would move the bad mix and only want the delivery of the $1,000 of crushed limerock I paid for in cash. I was denied. Now I have product I cannot use and a $1,000 in losses. I was very disappointed in the customer service from the manager Pedro who upon first meeting was very nice. I was treated with disrespect, and I did feel discriminated against as if they were trying to "pull one off on me" because I was female. The manager Pedro stated that a "female" from HR would call me because that is all he could do. He stated that I had not asked for "clean" crushed limerock so contamination with other substrates was my problem. All I want is the crushed limestone for which I paid. I hope this helps others to learn from my mistakes and be sure that invoices always state "clean" and to inspect all loads. I do not recommend Southern Aggregates.

I have been going here for a couple of years now ( Zephyrhills ) and I have never had a problem, they are very helpful and if you ask them questions regarding what is best for the project you are working on they will always help. They are helpful when selling the product and helpful when they delivering. i would recommend then 100%

This place is in Zephyrhills off off highway 54 the guy's name is Pedro he was super helpful Stephen also was good lot of knowledge I got some beautiful rocks I love them will definitely buy here again and would highly recommend coming here

Southern Aggregates is a place you want to take care of all your landscaping. These guys will take the time and truly care about the clients needs and they are very nice, genuine people to work with. They were able to deliver my rock same day, which was so great because my son had two days left on his visit to do some shoveling! Lol. Keep up the great work yall do, your business is a great asset for our area!!

All the displays are priced and easy to follow. Just super nice guys. We will use this place for all of our landscaping needs. I really did appreciate the customer service (like the good ole days). We are making a memorial Rose Garden for my mother that passed away in June. Thier kindness went a long way. They didn't know this was an emotional time for me. Keep up the great work.

Great garden soil and topsoil !! They go above and beyond to blend soils for me and was very careful of my truck. Over 3 years of buying my garden soil annually from Southern aggregate and we are very satisfied!!
