I got compounded Tirzepatide and it works so well! I was skeptical about going the compounded route but I’m so glad I did. They are a wonderful pharmacy! Answer questions and verify the delivery date on the phone with a real person.

Tirzepatide that was sent was not effective at all. I have been on this medication but decided to change location due to being closer to where i live. My medication came from this pharmacy and was not effective at all.

I called twice since receiving my BPC peptide, to get clarification on the reconstituting process for my first time use and dosage. They picked up both times I called, were friendly and very helpful. I recommend highly.

I received my order or tirzepatide very quickly , however it does not is as effective as it should be. The first week i got a shot from the dr office it was effective up to about day 5 at 2.5mg I then received my triz from the pharmacy. I even increased my dose to 3.0mg on the start of the second week. It only remained effective barely to 3 day. Huge disappointment.

Exterior / Interior I've never visited the physical location so I'm not sure about the exterior or interior. Price / Value Not sure how they rate compared to other compounding pharmacies because I've only ever filled compound Rx's here. Customer Service They can be extremely difficult to reach on the phone and when you do get someone on the line, they can be a bit gruff and impatient. But I think it's because they are doing some extremely high volume. I suggest you make sure you have all your information ready and compose a short list of succinct questions BEFORE calling in. Eventually, I was able to communicate with an associate named Nicole and she was a God-send. She answered all my questions about my compound and responded to me in an insanely timely fashion. Every. Single. Time. With extreme patience and always with a sunny, pleasant disposition. I don't know what I would have done without Nicole. Lol. Summary Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have a local compounding pharmacy in Kennesaw that I typically like and use (no shipping costs because I can drive there to pick it up), but when they don't have a product, Southlake is definitely my go to pharmacy. My only suggestion is that they create some sort of frequently asked question page on their website (specifically for the popular compounds). I think it would cut down on the volume of calls they receive and free up the staff's time answering phone calls.

I’ve used this pharmacy before and my experience was wonderful. However, this time it’s taking 3+ weeks to have the script filled and still not expected to be mailed until next week. As a director of an operation, I would never allow my customers to experience this type of lag time and am disappointed the pharmacy hasn’t staffed adequately for their demand.

Not sure if it’s staffing or what but yesterday was 3 weeks since refill was submitted and PAID for and still no tracking or delivery of RX. I’m totally out, this must improve.

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy over two weeks ago. I reached out to their customer service and have yet to hear back. This is a very disappointing experience.
