We were recently relocated out of state, and Jana was the realtor we chose to work with to sell our home and we highly recommend her if you want to sell your home.
She was professional, resourceful, and available when we needed her. She provided expert guidance throughout the entire process from the pricing strategy to navigating repairs and negotiations. She was on top of every detail. Let's talk about the photos! she brought in an amazing photographer who really captured our home in a beautiful way and highlighted all of the property's best features.
She gave us great advice on how to present our home for the listing and viewings. She was very helpful throughout.
Our house was under contract within 100 hours of listing.
During repairs, we had a situation come up that was quite distressing to me, but Jana immediately put me at ease as she presented a simple and effective solution that made all parties happy.

My fiancé and I recently used Ashley Brossart Mossow to purchase our first home and it was by far the best decision we could have made when picking a realtor! She always went above and beyond to make sure we understood every part of the process. She continuously went to bat for us making sure we got the best deal we could. As a professional real estate licensee in another state, and needing to sell my father’s property in Florida, no one could beat the selection of Lindsey to handle the process.
