This is the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. We have a business account and it has been nothing but problems. We were charged so many times when we transferred money from cash app to the bank account. They would make the funds available and let you spend it and then retract the deposit the next day and charge overdraft fees for days. Then they can only refund you a certain amount even though the money was available. Their $36 overdraft and $25 a day charges are ridiculously high and on top of that you can't deposit cash into an ATM and it be available immediately, you can't transfer cash from cash app, they don't accept Zeller on business checking, and if you have no money in your account they temporarily "close" it until you deposit so you can't even see your statements, transactions or anything at all, no access to your actual account. Then if you deposit cash but it's "temporarily" closes you have to wait because it is not made available immediately even though it's cash. There is no benefit to even having a business account with them. I keep my account open to establish history but i can't wait to close it and get another bank.The only perk to this bank is the staff in their winter springs location. They try to be as helpful as possible with the ridiculous limitations they have and they are always very nice. They are the only part of this bank that i will miss when we close the account.

Priska is very helpful and very friendly. I had some HSA and question and she answered it. She’s so charismatic and very friendly she makes me feel like I am valued as a customer and the hometown feel.

Fair warning:Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I tried to refinance my home and was drawn to the attractive refinance terms (low closing, no appraisal costs, etc.). My loan officer was not helpful, which is why I felt lost throughout the process and experienced several gaps in communication. I would be told one thing, and the paperwork would display something totally different! Honestly, I knew by the way my “potential loan” was being handled, this was not the place for me. You may get a good rate, but you are exchanging that for lack of professionalism and communication. I guess you do get what you pay for. I just want to warn you all who are considering this bank for a mortgage/refinance loan. Overall, I’m upset that this is what happened. I had initially hoped this was it.

I needed to go in on Christmas Eve afternoon and when I called to ask questions Maria Colon, Branch Manager and Priska Kader, Assistant Manager and all of the other staff that were present were so very helpful and welcoming. They did not hesitate in assisting me with my request. Thank you very much.
