I stopped by for money change and asked about gift money from outside the States will be taxed or not. The staff at the counter said: he doesn’t know :(. How can he doesn’t know about the banking transactions while the staff at the other bank can explain clearly, he asked go to ask my tax consultant.

Thanks for nothing again today, I’ve been to this bank several times needed some help with some fraudulent charges today, i live right next door to this bank but will just be driving down to the redbug location because this bank and the staff obviously seem like they dont want to do there job, I’ve been banking with chase almost 10 years and this is ridiculous-Jonathan Garcia

Why are all new buildings being built just terrible?There is no drive thru, only an atmWhen going inside, there is no counter at all. You sit in a chair while they take your cards to a room and shut the door so you can’t see what’s happening.

The ATM just took $2900 for a deposit, then gave a message of “we’re having trouble processing this deposit”. Machine DID NOT give the money back. DO NOT use this branch. I was excited to have a branch close by but will now never use this branch again. If they weren’t ready to open, then they shouldn’t have. We are now sitting outside the ATM with the cops trying to figure out how to get our money back…on New Year’s Eve of all days. Chase is crooked!! This is unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anything like this. No receipt. Nothing.
